Had my daughter's 7th Birthday party there today. What a wonderful experience. It was absolutely perfect. So helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for a party!!

Emily Nicholls, RMT squeezed me in for a last minute massage after I threw out my back and called the studio to book. She was kind, thorough, skilled and ended the session with tiger balm rubbed into my neck and shoulders. Within hours I felt great relief, my back and hips released. One day later I was able to pick up my toddler for a snuggle again. Thanks Emily!

Poor service!!! Not professional!!! Said they would submit my perceptions to my insurance several times. The woman at the counter was clueless and no help at all. Taking business elsewhere.

Jade is a beautiful, very clean and impeccably well- run studio. The owner and staff exude warmth and respect and you feel a loving, peaceful energy throughout the building. A wide variety of classes and programs encourage health and enlightenment. Jade is a sanctuary where you can escape the busyness of ordinary life for an hour or two. Love it!

Travelling a lot for work leaves a Yogi a little desperate sometimes when their regular practice place isn't available. Twice now Jade has been my oasis in a desert of work. And don't think they only offer easy or novice classes. You can be pushed out of your comfort zone for the more experienced!

Lynn Doyle has been my wife's Pilates instructor for about 10 years. My wife has been doing Pilates for 20 years. Lynn is nothing short of amazing!! Not everyone is as fortunate in knowing the benefits of Pilates. Only the lucky ones know about Pilates! For those not in the know, Google the history of Joseph Pilates. Strength training, maintenance and rehabilitation (a great compliment to physio) have always been it's benefit for athletes, dancers, anyone!! How many 60 year olds do you know can do a plank with ease?
