I would give this a 0 star if I could worse experience shopping I’ve ever had shopping actually ever. Got attitude about getting the change room door open and then when I asked Kaitlyn? The girls name in the back who’s Alexis I got more attitude.I understand it’s short staffed and if I got a nice answer about going and asking the front I gladly would have.No respect at all and I won’t be shopping there again.

I understand the Covid but this store, the one lady with blonde hair a little bit on the heavy side, I have worked with Customer Service for over 20years my Receipt you couldn't see she says it's a head office problem very rudely also my mother has bathroom issues and was promised to be alouf to return to store the lady said not my problem she could have handle it way better as working with customers for many years yet again it usually is the employee having issues Just saying

One of my worst experiences shopping. Went to try on a pair of jeans and when I went inside the stall, there was no chair, no stool, no table… no nothing. Do you know how hard it is to take of your shoes standing up or bending over? If I would've been trying a pair of shoes, it would have been a nightmare !!!. How much would a chair and/or table cost for the benefit of the customer? What a cheap and horrible place this store is. I am never going to shop here anymore. I DO NOT recommend this store at all !!!

Very clean and garments orderly, easy to find your size, customer service very helpful. First time I have been into Ardene Store

Friendly staff, lots of items to check out, but cluttered and kind of messy everytime I went. Though the mess was probably coincidental I did go pretty often. I think they should rearrange so it's less cluttered because it's hard to get around if someone is in the same aisle as you.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I was so disappointed when I went into the store to shop for my daughter for Christmas gifts. Earlier this day last week I saw online that the store was hiring so I was going to tell my daughter to apply but when I was in the store I overheard the current assistant manager say to another staff member that if she doesn't get the manager position and they hire someone else then I she is quitting and not staying here.After that not only did I not buy anything but I will also never recommend by daughter apply to work there or any of her friends because that is not the type of person that should be at all incharge of a store.Another day before this, I was in and heard same staff member talking so rudely to another staff member I thought maybe she was just having an off day, but apparently not apparently this employee is just really like that.Very disappointed and unprofessional.

The staff was very rude, do not have manners how to talk with their customers. After being treated by her bad behaviour, I was talking to her nicely. But she was just too shameless that did not apologise once.But I really appreciate the behaviour of other girl, she was extremely nice and helpful.
