I completed a master class with Beauty D this past Monday. The class was about body signature exfoliation with Hadaka products. Michelle was absolutely clear, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I truly feel now, like a master of the arts of exfoliation. Even all the other staff members seem to be enthusiastic, kind and personable. I couldn't resist but buy additional products for myself. Very Good.

I placed my first order yesterday, and I have to say I am so impressed with the quality of service, and the speed of the service. The sales rep was incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products. She helped me complete setting up my account, and gave me all the relevant information. I am very disappointed in this company!We ordered the Eyenvy eyelashes serum from Beauty D and my client had an major allergic reaction to it. We asked for a refund and they said they will send a new product when we make the next purchase.However, when I make next purchase, they say my account credit has expired because we didn’t order product for 1 year. They say I need to open new account and must make an extra purchase of $75 package products.That fine! But when I asked them, send a new Eyenvy eyelashes serum to me, they said I oder this product 1 year and can not refund a new one to us. They are very dishonest and they offer no refund even if their product cause allergic reactions. No one should buy from them again.

Beauty D is so helpful, quick and on top of things. I never have to worry about my orders, they take such care to ensure their responses and shipments are on time and that I am taking advantage of every deal they can offer me.
