The whole place needs an overhaul, not to mention more experienced management. I certainly would not have any of my family members retire there. Nor would I recommend it. The front desk is a total joke, from start to finish.

I would leave NO star if I could. Most inconsiderate management. Will treat you like a commodity. If you don’t bring financial benefits through their door, you might as well ride out of town. Only money talks.
