I have been with Jane for almost 3 months for every week acupunture treatment. She is a so wonderful and doing great job! She cares my health a lot and every time I felt so good and calm and refresh. After nearly 3 months treatment, myself and my daughter felt I look much younger than before. My wrinkles almost disappear and my face turn white and clean. Thank you so much to Jane and Cindy Lim Acupunture! I will keep on coming all the time.

Amazing clinic with wonderful service. Dr. Kevin is very professional, patient and caring. It is evident he truly cares about the health of his patients. Clinic saw me quickly when I was in a lot of back pain and I felt so much better after my appointment. Clean clinic with a high emphasis on great patient care. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return for more acupuncture and cupping. Thanks!

Cindy and her clinic came highly recommended by a friend, and after my experience on Nov 17th, I understand why. I had my consultation and first acupuncture session on Nov 15th with Olivia - she was attentive, informative, and warm. After a very positive experience, I booked a second session for Nov 17th with Brendan (Olivia was fully booked). As I was arriving at the clinic around 1pm, I started experiencing pain on my lower abdomen. By 1:30, I told the clinic that I needed to go to the hospital as I was in agonizing pain. Both Cindy and Brendan assured me that I was going to be okay and promptly ushered me into a room. At this point, both my arms went numb and my legs shook uncontrollably due to the immense pain I was under. They swiftly administered needles to my feet, lower legs, stomach, the back of my hands, and face. Within less than 5 minutes, the pain completely subsided. I was in absolute disbelief. I knew acupuncture was effective, but not to that degree in that short amount of time. I was incredibly grateful to have been at the clinic during that episode, and to be under the care of both Cindy and Brendan. They had demonstrated that they are truly masters of their craft. I would wholeheartedly recommend them both given the amazing care they provided and how safe I felt to be there.

Jane is amazing! Very attentive to your concerns and helpful explanations. She really cares.The reception staff are wonderful and very helpful.The owner of the clinic, Cindy has done an outstanding job hiring empathetic and smart employees and she herself is very passionate and knowledgeable.Hard to find reliable TCM services and I’m happy I found Cindy’s Clinic.

A FANTASTIC place with friendly and great service and the best acupuncture I’ve received (Brendan). I always leave feeling refreshed/relaxed and I received care and attention worth my money. I would not go anywhere else! Going to give their RMT a shot and will update.

Cindy and Kevin have been really instrumental in improving my health overall. They are both extremely warm and compassionate people, and are very knowledgeable. What really made a difference to me is that, they trusted that they could help me.I highly recommend them. I am guessing other practitioners there probably share the same values as them, so I recommend consulting them.

Attentive service, clean and well decorated patient rooms. The chairs in the room aren't very comfortable for those who have back issues like myself. Brendan gave a good first impression on my first visit at the clinic. He was very gentle and understanding of my pain tolerance. I'm looking forward to seeing him again for my next appointment.

This place is amazing. I starting coming here last Jan for severe neck pain that my (western) doctor said I'd have to just live with for the rest of my life - what?? That wasn't good enough for me so I looked for another way. I started seeing Brendan (who is awesome) and within a month my pain was GONE. Then he fixed my digestive issues. Then he fixed my brain fog. My eczema barely flares up anymore and I just feel healthier. Acupuncture has saved my health. I can't recommend this clinic enough. I look forward to every appointment. Everyone here is professional and warm and I feel safe and cared for and listened to. Not to mention brilliant doctors. 5 stars indeed!!

Their team is amazing! Cindy, Brendon and Kevin are both exceptional at what they do and how they care for their clients. I don’t even like acupuncture and I look forward to it every time I have an appointment. They are very knowledgeable for all sorts of areas of concerns. What Cindy is known for the most is helping tons of families to overcome fertility issues and to produce little miracles. She has a wall of babies’ pictures so full that it’s hard to find an empty spot and I have no doubts that soon we’ll find a spot for a picture of our little one :)

Brendan is a modern and relatable TCM practitioner that breaks down how the medicine works. He works to understand your daily routines and lifestyle to customize a plan that works for you. I do not recommend because I don’t want the price to increase too much.
