do not trust this company. after getting a quote for a job, they wasted 2 weeks, then announced they would not be able to do this job. whole company is based on 1 person and that one is always super busy and never answer you properly.Never Ever Trust this company.

This is a very unique company! Ive worked many places, but none top this one for employee and customer appreciation.The work quality is exemplary, the staff very professional and laid back, and the connection they have with staff and community is something all businesses could learn from.Personally, Ive never seen a company that intentionally sets out to make people feel seen and appreciated the way Shield Plating does. If you are an employee, the hours are 100% consistent, you are never micromanaged, and you always feel accepted and supported. Management are very easy to approach, and there are numerous opportunities to learn and advance. With staff, one always feels like they are a part of a family-knit team.As a customer, the work is always stellar, completed on time, and handled by familiar faces.
