I used to love going here, but lately it has been so bad. It is not cleanly anymore, My toenail got infected.I got my hands done it was completely rushed, done in 10 mins, and it was all messy, with nail polish all on my skin, and when I asked to get it cleaned up the lady said “it’s cause your nails are so short” like that shouldn’t matter? She very aggressively wiped them down.Just not impressed with their service anymore. Do not recommend!!

Two of us went in for a Mani Pedi. First time post Covid and we were excited to get our nails done. The ladies doing our nails didn't speak to us and didn't listen to what we wanted done.I left with polish on my hands and the shellac already looking cracked. The lady doing pedicure was so distracted she spent all her time with the exfoliation on one leg and then just rubbed the other one down twice and decided it was done.My friend asked for French nails and they wouldn't do it. Two of her nails have chipped within 6 hours of the appointment.It was just really disappointing. We were very excited to go.

I have been going there for months to have my fake gel nails filled and getting pedicures. I have been very happy with the job the ladies do until I asked to have my artificial nails removed. At other salons they normally file them down then soak off the remainder. There’s some damage to your nails but it’s not bad. Here she actually used a thin metal tool to separate or break the seal between my natural nail and the gel. She then slid a piece of thin sharp plastic under the artificial nail and broke it off of my natural nail. I said ouch out loud several times. As this was awful and painful. She made one finger bleed from the middle of the nail because she took so much of my natural nail off with the fake nail. My natural nails are so thin and damaged now that they are bending and ripping. They are so thin on my actual nail bed that they are soft. When I asked her why she was removing them like this she didn’t reply. I should have gotten up and left but I was honestly in shock. I think I kept waiting for her to only be removing that one nail like that and then changing her technique for the others. So I’m just as much at fault for staying and letting her finish. When I saw the mess that was my hands I asked for her to at least file what was left of my nails. Maybe buff the rough tops? She sighed obviously unimpressed and handed me off to another lady as she took a new client. It was an experience I never want to have again.

I got my nails done yesterday and they are already pulling up from the nail bed. The nail tech also dremeled into my finger pretty hard and it's now uncomfortable. Really disappointed with my appointment and it was $150 for nails and toes which I'll now have to get redone. The pedicure was good so I would maybe just do that next time instead of mani

I used to love going to this place but it's changed so much. Today I went for a pedicure with my friend and was so disappointed when we left. I had a shellac pedicure done and she rushed right through it. I was done within twenty minutes. I asked why it took so long. I've always had a pedicure last for about 40 minutes especially if you're getting shellac done. They said to me no it's only 30 min. I paid $55 for 30 min of work? Might as well have done a polish instead of an actual pedicure. Don't waste your money going there.

I'm glad to have found this place! I've come 5+ times and have brought my 6 year old as well. We are always treated so kindly and given a lot of attention. My daughter feels so pampered by the time we leave! My first shellac manicure here lasted a month without a single chip. Super happy with the quality of work.

I have been here a few times, both times, the same lady did my pedicure. I told her before we started that I was on blood thinners, so please don't cut my cuticles and also don't cut the edges of my big toes it creates ingrown. Both times she did both things and when I said hey ! She said oh sorry sorry and continued to do it again. I will not be back. I am a licensed and certified esthetician. You must never cut a diabetic person. Or someone on blood thinners . Please be careful at this salon."
