Zee Palace Banquet Hall and Catering Services

We had an event couple of weeks ago and I noticed they have renovated the hall. The hall itself feels very spacious and extremely clean. The manager of the hall was polite and very accommodating. We got a very good deal and out guests really liked the food.We will definitely book them for our next event!!!

Nice place. You can easily organize a party of around 200 people. Food is good too.

I booked this place on November 3rd, this year, and it was an amazing experience. The owner (Bashir) is a very good person, and same is true for all the stuffs. Service was awesome. Food was also very good. Whatever I requested to an stuff, I got it promptly. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

Frankly seeking it's a good place to have various events for about 100 to 150 persons.But it is not compatible to the current Banquet market.Location is good, easy access.According to my observations it needs upgradings.The good thing is it's very affordable, one definitely can not find a place for events in such price which we were offered, specifically in this restricted environment of COVID-19. It impressed us as other regular venues have become so expensive that they are not affordable.The representative was very helpful and polite, she answered all our questions and showed a good attitude, I appreciate.

I have attended a wedding in this hall last year and we had a family wedding event in this hall last week. There’s been a change in management, the hall looks much nicer now, the food was so much better than my previous visit. Hall owners were very accommodating, offered good customer service. Overall an excellent. Would highly recommend.

Place was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. I have had two events now at Zee Palace Banquet Hall. I appreciate the staff here; they are very friendly, efficient and listen to any customer requests. They even helped us out with decor and setup. Food was 10/10 and both quality and quantityare absurd. I will book with them again for my future events.

Amazing place, staff and management. Really treats you like family and takes care of every need at any time. I had a very pleasant experience booking with them from start to end. The food was delicious beyond words!!! Book them for your next event you will not be disappointed.

We were guests at a baby shower about 3 months ago, upon arriving to the hall at 630 pm we had noticed that everyone were wearing their jackets. Even the mother of the baby was wearing her jacket on top of her gown (which in fact was big bucks, covered all night by her jacket) - also spending to get her hair and make up done, was pretty much useless. After talking to a few it seemed that their heater was broken all day and they didn’t bother to let the hosts know. Which was very unprofessional and not fair for those who paid to have a beautiful baby event at their hall. The manager and servers all denied it, acted like it was something minor until all 200 guests were freezing. It was a -30 outside! At around 1030pm they finally brought in 3 small portable heaters expecting to warm up the whole hall and that it would be enough. During all this, they didn’t serve any tea to help warm about the guests, in fact they stopped serving everything. I understand that these things may happen, but it would have been nice if the host had sympathized with the hosts and understood how the hosts felt after spending so much money on decor, outfits, hair and makeup, music, videography and photography - instead of denying everything and cutting all their services with a hall filled with 200 people. It was extremely unprofessional. They do not deal with disaster nor will they take accountability. Nor did give a partial refund for the dessert, fruits and tea they had cut. I would stay away from this hall, I know after this experience I will never book with them again!
