What a cool experience that I had! Very neat and tech office. The people were super nice and they just had such a cool vibe. Their technology is amazing. At first I thought it was going to be shady, but not at all I felt comfortable and they gave all the information that I needed. Melissa was so nice and attentive to detail, and knowledgeable about the product that made me feel comfortable throughout all the process! Would definitely recommend it!

Horrible customer service, they don't care about you or your teeth just your money. I bought a pair of aligners from here and to my surprise they broke on the second week, instead of offering a replacement they told me to move on" and so I did. The next pairs all never ended up fitting properly and my tooth ultimately stayed the same. I had contacted and emailed them several times but no one ever got back to me. Once they have your money they don't care."

Super pleasant experience at this location—the office has only been open for a few months but the service was great and prompt! Sandy was super lovely and very knowledgeable on all things SmileDirect and answered all the questions I had going into the appointment. Wow! What an experience... the overall concept of this company, the service, all left me speechless. I would say this is the way of the future! Great staff and easy, quick process!
