Lincoln Park Glass

Lincoln Park Glass was quick enough to sell us two entryway doors to our church, and collect over $3,000 from us. Unfortunately, their customer service stopped when we needed them to fix one of the doors. After many months and many many calls to them, I am always stopped by the receptionist that says she will look into it" and will "call me back". Right now as I type this I am waiting again today after a phone call to them first thing this morning. I don't expect a call. I cannot get them to come out and fix the door that we can't use. We all have to use a different door to come and go! I would never recommend this company due to their lack of customer service."

the guys showed up ready to rock... tore out the old wooden door and frame, installed the new AWESOME aluminum door with tinted safety glass, trimmed the frame nicely all the way around, AND cleaned up the mess, all in under 3 hours. notice: we did have to pre-order the door and it did take 3 weeks for delivery but we were told this in advance. we are VERY HAPPY with the job Lincoln Park Glass did for us and the price was fair as well. THANK YOU to Michelle and the guys for our new door! we will recommend you to others.

Customer service and quality of work is terrible. Lincoln Park Glass installed our euro shower glass enclosure. Side wall glass was measured incorrectly. Day of installation, they could not install that piece of glass. Had to wait 3 weeks for a new price of glass to be cut. Three months after it was installed, the side wall glass came loose and was out of wall track at the top. They came out and applied silicone to the glass and track but they did not fully seat the glass in the track. Front glass wall and the door we're now out of alignment but we were willing to live with it. Five months after installation, same side wall came loose again and was out of wall track at the top. Now I realize the side wall glass was not cut correctly the second time, which is why it keeps coming loose. I called and lady at front desk said someone would call when they are on the way. No one ever called. Called the office every week for 3 weeks and the response was always the same. We got busy, but I'll make sure to let the guys know you called. I don't think they have any plans on coming back out to fix their poor workmanship.

Had a very pleasant experience with them. Had a picture window replaced. Very affordable. Quality work. Done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

The installation was good but the follow up service was terrible. I called them four times to fix my showe door because it was leaking water. Each time I waited several hours and they never came. Finally I threatened to call Help me Hank and someone showed up later that day. He came and told me all shower doors leak. He gave me a hard time but finally put in a metal strip along bottom that solved the problem.With service like this I would shop elsewhere.

Lincoln Park Glass did an amazing job installing the mirrors on my back bar at Wild Willy's Bar & Grill in Romulus. Prompt, professional, clean crisp look. I would use them again and recommend them without a doubt.

My family and I have been using Lincoln Park Glass for at least the last 15-20 years. We have always been satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. We've been very happy with how quickly our work has been done too. In our experience they always leave their work space immaculate afterward as well.

lincoln park glass dose not wana work. they came out and gave me an estimate and i agreed to have the work done. but they did not show up and will not return calls. ive been calling them for over a year to get the work done. the lady at front desk is rude and will not let you talk to the owner and keeps telling me they will call me but never do. i never had to beg a company to take my money before.
