Very slow at finishing my nails. One of my nails broke broke the day after I got them done, and it was way more expensive then most places. They also have a young child running around yelling, and the walls are covered in crayon and marker. Really frustrating experience.

It was horrible and the lady was rude. She didn't check that the nails were on straight I finally said something and made her put on a new one. Then she cut the tips off on a really bad angle. Which she was just going to leave as is again until I said something. She didn't clean up under the nails as well. I also had her redo the paint on one of the nails. The whole time I tried to talk to her a bit but she wouldn't even smile and if she did answer it was with 2 or word sentences. I will never go back and I am telling my friends to as well.

The nails look so good in these photos I might come here! I just wanted to know if walk ins are allowed?

I have been here several times as I live in this area. I go back each and every single time hoping it will be different. Have all my terrible experiences just been due to a bad day?.. but this unfortunately is not the case. The wait times are annoying yes but that I can handle. The feeling of being rushed when I'm paying cash money to treat myself to a relaxing pedi experience is what has made me decide never to return. I want to feel like I'm getting the best service they can provide and they just don't do that. Left last time with a bleeding cuticle because she was looking at another staff member talking when she had a sharp object next to my skin. Then acted like I was indeed not bleeding. Make your own choices here folks but if I'm actually taking time to right a yelp review..? We got problems.

The girls at the salon always do a great job. They don’t rush their work or customers.If something needs to be fixed or re - done, they make sure it meets your expectations before you leave the salon. Nice, quick and great prices

I initially posted they did a great job and got me in right away.Literally a day later the shellac nails started chipping. 4 days in and every single nail has chips in it. I've never had this happen.My daughter has regular polish on her nails and she Is 8 with no chips.Not sure if the polish was old or expired....but not a good experience now.

Came in here on a Tuesday afternoon for a pedicure. The most gentle and amazing pedicure I've ever had at a nail salon. I'm from Toronto and was visiting Stoney Creek so I randomly chose this place as per Google reviews. Had a lovely woman put a lot of care and detail to my feet and toes. Great atmosphere. Big salon. They had a cute baby there and even a dog (owner's?). Highly recommend.

I love my nails since I start coming, I don’t get the bad reviews. Every time I go they always so good am friendly! I always love how my nails when is done, so give them a chance you will not regret this girl♥️ this are some of my nails... yes I do love white and marble designs but I am for them recommending them you will not be disappointed♥️

Made an appointment for a shellac pedicure. Made sure I was there at opening, I had a flight to catch. They opened at 9:35, two staff showed up. Three customers waiting. The two girls were scurrying to get everyone attended to, with their coats on. Finally more staff showed up a few minutes later.The lady who performed my service did not speak any English, and plunked a huge basket of shellac samples on my lap.It’s directly across the street from my house, but I won’t go back. I’d rather drive somewhere that they appreciate their customers and open on time, ready for the day.

Went there today for a manicure. Right off the bat, it smelt off (musky) despite their attempts at masking a sewage-like smell with air freshener. The girl who did my nails was rude, short (with what she did say), and not friendly- not good customer service for a small business. I have been to many different independent nails salons in Stoney Creek, but this was the dirtiest I have ever been to. It seems they do not clean up between customers. Overall, very negative experience and I definitely will NOT be going back.
