We needed window treatments for our ensuite bathroom, master bedroom and guest room and searched for a vendor that sells MaxxMar products. We found Sun Shades Window Fashions located on Bass Pro Mills through a MaxxMar customer support reference for GTA vendors and visited them on a Saturday afternoon in March 2023.We met Neda and explained what we needed. We showed her pictures of our rooms and the paint chips that we had selected. She guided us through the process of selecting roller shades, sunset shades and drapery that would best suit our décor needs and wishes. She provided cost estimates based on ideas we had in order to determine the best approach. We left for an appointment that afternoon and returned later that day to select fabric for the drapery. The store was busy with clients but Neda still managed to spend time with us to select fabrics and colours that would match our décor and stay within our budget.We returned a third time on another day to confirm the final selections. In between visits, Neda was quick to email price quotes and continued to offer ideas and suggestions that she thought we may want to consider. We made our final decision one week after our first visit.Throughout the entire process, Neda was helpful, thoughtful, professional, and patient. She is an expert at what she does and is very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her and the Sun Shade team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.Thank you, Neda!

We recently renovated the entire our house and needed blinds for all windows. From the moment we entered the Sun Shades show room in Bass Pro Mills, Vaughan, the decorator sales consultant, Neda spent lots of time with us to first understand what we need and then explained all the possible options, pros and cons of each one of them and eventually helped us to decide what type of material and style would be the best fit for us.Neda was patient with all our questions and very professionally responded to everyone one of them. She did all her best to expedite the process by scheduling for measurements soon and after that discussed with the supplier and her manager to give us the maximum possible discount. The final price for what we got is amazing.Overall we have a very positive experience with Sun Shades and strongly recommend it. Sun Shades provided us very good service. We got recommended from our friend who bought shutters from Sun Shades 3 years ago. Their sales person Neda provided us reasonable quotation and she was very patient to educate us about shutters. The installation service provided from Eclipse was fast as well. Now we have such beautiful shutters at home. We will def recommend Sun Shades to our friends in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Neda at Sunshades in Vaughan. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She helped us replace blinds for 22 windows in our new home after a major reno. Not only did she help us choose the right colour and right material for each room (They are perfect!) she went above and beyond to help us with exchanges and repairs for our old blinds.Mira is very knowledgeable and fast; communication with her was always quick, honest, and smooth.
