The famous Montréal CORA family-friendly breakfast and lunch restaurant chain has a downtown Toronto outlet on the northwest corner of Front and George Streets offers tasty breakfast & lunch fare such as eggs, omelettes, crepes, pancakes, waffles or French toast. The restaurant is large and airy with generous booth and table spaces and attended by friendly and efficient staff. Pictured is their delicious spinach and cheese omelette.

My daughter took me and her 2 children out for brunch this morning. The waitress didn't write any of our orders down. We also had to ask for 2 more sets of cutlery after the food had arrived. I asked for the baked beans with my eggs because I don't eat meat. I also asked for rye toast. I received bacon instead. After letting the waitress know she said the beans were coming. So I put the bacon aside, and the beans arrived when we were all just about finished our breakfast. The rye toast came rather quickly after receiving white toast and reminding her that wasn't what I ordered. I am writing this review because this is my second visit with the same issue with toast last time. Also, the last time we didn't have any ketchup for our home fries, so I saved them to reheat at home later. I understand they are working hard, and I am appreciative of that, but there are some basic things that need to be addressed here. Lastly, they don't provide crayons or markers for the coloring and activity menu for kids.

Cora Breakfast and Lunch
We went here as a party of 7 after the museum of illusions and we had a great time. It’s perfect for kids and lots of options for them. We liked that they give you toast on the side, and refill your coffee cups. I got the Nutella crêpe with strawberry and banana, which I liked, but crust got a bit hard as it got cold. Overall service was great!

Nice place and helpful staff. We had Egg Benedict, Gigi, triple chocolate pancakes and blueberry pancakes. All good but the triple chocolate pancake was amazing! We loved it.

Cora Breakfast and Lunch
We always see a queue outside of Cora and decided we wanted to try it out. We went for brunch and the food was delicious! However, the service was shocking - we waited 10 minutes to be seated (even though there were tables open, there was no host at the door and all the staff ignored us), none of the staff smiled or greeted us - I had to ask the server to call the hostess which she did not. The waitress took forever to bring our cheque even though we said we were in a hurry. I'll order take out next time, I won't dine in.

We went to have a breakfast for my son’s birthday and this was that we got, horrible breakfast, the waitress was so far, never come back to offer more coffee even I had to look him to ask for the bill. This was in Cora of Front St, Toronto.I won’t back there.
