Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered chocolate covered cherry Blizzard - received vanilla ice cream with strawberries. It was gross. I was charged extra. Millennials that can't tell the difference between strawberry and cherry should know better. Go to McD's instead. Dairy queen is dead.

Tiniest chicken strips I've ever encountered... basically a chicken nugget lol...and hardly any fries. The food is good but please stop cheaping out with the portions guys!

Not just ice cream, their burgers are very delicious! Lots of options, I like the Swiss Mushroom burger. The onion rings are also yummy although I prefer fresh mushrooms to ones from the can.

Just purchased 2 banana split and it was just half of the quantity and they forgot whip cream too. Awful. Not returning to this DQ again!!

I don't know what all these bad reviews are about. I love this place. Been here a good amount of times since I moved to Guelph and though they can be slow at times, I give them credit because most of the staff are students and they are doing their best! Food is average Dairy Queen food, good in my opinion.

So badly managed. We keep having to correct them on what they charge us. No apologies, no oops" when we point out the over charging. Happened twice in a week with different employees"

Consistently cheaping out on fries portions. This is the second (and last) time eating there. There were so few fries with my chicken strips that I could visually count them. First time, I got a poutine and the container was only half full. Such a rip off! Hope those few extra cents of profit are worth it, guys!For your reference, the meal in the picture (4 chicken strips, gravy, 27 fries and a medium drink) was $11.50.

I went to the drive thru for the girl to put my order through incorrectly which also charged me too much. Not only did they not offer to get me the correct item, the 3 employees working there couldn’t figure out how to refund my money I was overcharged, for an item I didn’t even order. I waited 45 mins in the drive thru with no solution and was told to just wait by the girl who took my order (no communication at all). I then parked my car, and waited another 30 mins for another employee to get a hold of the manager. The manager too couldn’t walk the now 3 employees over the phone of how to issue a simple refund as they I guess changed their system without training any of the staff on how to use it. I even said I would take a giftcard for the amount and they couldn’t figure out how to do that with the manager on the phone. Instead of simply shorting the float the $ so we could all carry on with our day, the manager’s solution was to take my phone number to call me later with a solution. I left with the incorrect order and overcharged after waiting over an hour. The next day by the evening I hadn’t heard anything, so I had to call the manager. I was offered $10 compensation on a giftcard by the manager with little of an apology let alone explanation. I remained calm throughout but just can’t believe to this day the complete lack of customer service by 4 team members. I will never go there again. One of the worst customer experiences of my life. You can tell the manager doesn’t care by the cluttered boxes left for months in the seating area. I would advise you to go to any other ice cream place.

This is what $9.47 looks like. They are both supposed to be small. I don't know about you, but I see a size discrepancy. Go to McDonald's and get more for less.
