Natural Wood Furniture

We bought a maple computer desk in 2018 in the past four years it has aged okay. However, we ordered a maple desk because it shouldn't dent easily. This desk dents very easily, an electric cord is able to dent this wood. I suspect that they used a variety of woods, including fir and maple.

2 stars for quality: As you can see in the pictures, the table comes with 7 holes on the surface. I was told this is natural design. Actually, I am okay with 1 or 2 holes as shown in the showroom, but 7 is just too much and it definitely affect the overall pleasant looking.5 stars for delivery: compare to 2-3 months waiting from another furniture store, Natural Wood Furniture is supper fast. I got the table within 5 days. I am pretty satisfied with that. They even assembled the table for me.So overall, I would give this experience 3 stars.

Bought a bed and a mattress. Bed is solid wood and quality is great. Their delivery schedule is super flexible and the 2 gentlemen assembled my bed efficiently. Great experience!

This store is amazing for customer service. The clips that hold my glass in place in my bookcase broke after many years and a few moves around my apartment to different locations in my place. I went in to buy a few and the manager was kind enough to get me some from his warehouse and he said they were free. That was so unexpected and very appreciated. I will buying from this store for future purchases.

Very rude salesman, mid looking furnitures that are overpriced. You can try to negotiate and get a lower price, but they will give you a very hard time. Overall just avoid this store, there are much better ones out there.

Best Furniture store I hv ever visited. 100% real wood and I am using their furniture from last 5 years and it still looks new. I visited them last week to buy a bed and I really appreciate their unique designs, quality and reasonable prices. Highly recommended

I purchase a set of custom size sofa and love seat from their Surrey store and I'm so happy with what I have received. I ordered these at the beginning of last December and received them in about a month. That was great as everywhere else that I went, they've been asking a couple of months to have the furniture ready for me.The only issue that I had was receiving one of the cushions being softer than the other one. I called Harjit, the store manager, and he wanted to see the cushion. So I took it to their store and in a week, they sent me the right cushion. There been a mistake but well, mistakes happen everywhere and they tried to correct the issue for me with no problem. That was a good customer service.Don't want to be picky but the only suggestion that I have is that customers need to receive a written warranty along with the product. There's a note under their receipt that says Manufacturer's printed warranty is the only applicable warranty". That means that there should be a separate paper

Beautiful furniture, excellent delivery all done within 2 days. Even tho this week was busy for them they still went out their way and got it delivered after 2 days of purchase will come again!!

We spent about $1500 for an armoire came with a very strong toxic smell. We left it in one of the bedrooms and left window open since late December 2019. The paint smell is so invasive you will get instant headache. It is a fake genuine wood product. It is compressed wood, not genuine wood. The drawers' alignment is so off and you cannot open them at the same time.I would NOT recommend anyone buys anything from this place. Buyers are aware of this place and the dishonest business! I would give them 0 star if could.
