I have to say, this location has the greatest team of staff I've ever met in probably all my life, in the history of all stores lolI've only in recent months become a frequent customer of this store and I don't think there has ever been a visit where I wasn't provided with friendly, helpful AND informative service. These people know their product and know how to help others with patience and kindness. They also showed a lot of cooperation and desire to keep the customer happy when I had an issue with a purchase - I was really appreciative of that since a lot of the products are not cheap and everyone wants to be able to use what they actually buy. Seriously, I'm just so impressed and happy with this place and the people who run it. Thanks for all the wonderful service.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The manager makes sure to message me when items that have come back into stock are available to purchase. They allow me to buy the entire case over the phone and then pick it up or use other means of delivery. I am ever so grateful because I have severe allergies and food sensitivities. My diet is limited and restricted. They have made things easy to ensure I have what I need. Thank you staff and manager of Healthy Planet.

I will definitely rate 10/10 without a hesitation.Why?We came not long before closing and they still greeted us with a smile. Great start!My Lady has some specific health issues we have been dealing with and were looking for some natural remedies. Normally we don’t get much help but there were a very kind and highly knowledgeable European lady who took her time gave us a very detailed and useful advice with supplements and lifestyle.We are very happy and thankful.At the end of cashing out rest of the staff were still patient and nice regardless they have been closed. Thank you!Anyone needs supplementation or advice in Waterloo we definitely recommend this location of Healthy Planet.Wide variety of selection and great customer service!They will not let you down!
