What an incredible experience! I was blown away by how clean the facility was and also by self-serve automatic can and bottle feeding machines. You put a can trough the opening and a laser reads the bar code and the can goes along the conveyer belt where it is directed to the appropriate bin. When finished loading all you cans and bottles, you get a receipt which you take over to an ATM like machine. A laser scans your receipt just like a Lotto scanner and your cash is dispensed. Talk about efficiency. There used to be long lineups on some days before they installed the machines. This is a great place to bring your refundable items as well as dead electronics, small appliances, paint and much more!Check it out if you haven't been there yet!

The sorting machines are great as is the hassle free drop off. They are also convenient place to drop off pretty much anything else to recycle from batteries to used oil.I wish there was a faster way to process milk jugs and glass bottles that don't fit down the conveyor.

This location has always been very quick and easy. Return-it Express is very handy!

This has to be the cleanest bottle depot I've been to, most friendly and helpful staffs. Plus they made it so convenient and hassle free the empty returns with their automated system.It's so easy and you don't even have to spend time sorting out cans, glasses etc. you can simply bring all recycling in one bag and the machine will sort them out for you.Keep up the Great Work , Chilliwack depot !!

This is the first time I've gone to you location since you installed more automation. I'm impressed with the improvement even though I didn't need to use it today - I was returning empty plastic bottles which already had an excellent ticketing bar code system. I know you are trying hard to make things easier for customers, staff and the owner.

I was super impressed with this location. With the new automated system it made it actually fun. I always used to go to the Sardis depot as I live nearby but after trying this one I feel ill keep coming back.There was an attendant there who was super attentive and helpful and friendly. Awesome job whoever you were.The location felt clean (as clean as it could be) and it was all automated.. Even my cashback.. Amazing. Will be back again

Definitely bring some gloves because everything is very dirty and wear a mask cause it's impossible to social distance. Lots of homeless people hanging around the building. Makes you wonder if it's worth getting a few bucks back for recycling or not.
