Professional and friendly service. They got us out of a basement flood and showed up when they said they would!

We had a galvanized pipe failure that caused a flood in our finished basement. I called at 12:30 on a Saturday, they called back at 1 and the first group arrived at 1:30 to start removing the water, items that were damaged (furniture) and start the drying out process. They stayed until 8pm that first day to stabilize situation and limit the damage as much as possible.Their detailed quote for the work was clear and easy to understand.Adam, James, Josh, Osmar and all the other reps were excellent to work with and they managed everything around our restrictive access schedule. While it does take time we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about the service and attention to detail we received from Service Master Restore of Guelph. Having a flood is devastating but from start to finish Service Master kept us informed, stayed on time and delivered superior results. Our basement looks better than ever. Their clean up, organization and support was above and beyond. They are a five star organization and I truly cannot say enough good things about them.

Service Master was super responsive and professional and were able to inspect and schedule in the work very quickly to complete the mold remediation in our attic. The team that completed the work were very friendly and did a great job. Very happy with the outcome, would definitely recommend.

Andrew and Josh were absolutely amazing. We had a flood in our basement and Service Master Restore of Guelph came and took care of everything. Andrew came in to assess the damage and starting making plans to get the basement torn out. The crew they had come in to do the work were absolutely amazing, from laying carpeting down on my main floor to not dirty our main floors, to being extremely polite and caring of our situation. They had a team come in and pack the rest of the items that were not ruined by the water and itemized our entire basement, packed it up and moved it all out into mobile storage.Josh and his team then came in to get the renovation started. I cant remember the guys name that came and did alot of the reno's however he was awesome, very nice and polite. The work that was done in my basement was top notch. The drywall and putty work was on point and the painting was done very well. The flooring company was great as well. They were a husband and wife team and did my entire basement in 1 day. The carpet company was very good as well. The entire team that Service master of Guelph put together to get this all done were amazing. Would I recommend Service Master Restore of Guelph.... Highly! If I could give the 10 stars they would get it easily! No issues with communication, no problems with timing, all was done properly. True white glove service". Great work Andrew

They are the best of the best! It was an absolute pleasure getting them in to assist me when our toilet overflowed. They came in, disinfected, popped off baseboards and setup their equipment. Without ServiceMaster our claim would have been a nightmare.

ServiceMaster answered our call and responded quickly to our water issue. Everyone that came into our home was professional, knowledgeable and treated our home with respect. Each visit they arrived on time or called to update arrival time. When the work was done they swept the floor and even wiped the floor too! I’d highly recommend ServiceMaster Guelph.
