The pharmacist was incredibly rude, I asked for help with a product and he could not have been more useless, it was almost comical. I had a two minute question so I did not want to fill out a consultation form (which I have never had to do at another pharmacy), he went out of his way to not be helpful. very disappointing. I will not be returning.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years. Some phamacists aren't the best, specifically one who keeps giving me different instructions than the doctor telling me if I do it his way it could be very dangerous. Just to end-up getting my doctors mad at me because that pharmacist advice" is actually delaying my recovery since I'm not taking the medication correctly. It has happened twice

Never go for pharmacy at Shoppers Galeries de Hull. The pharmacist told me I had a yeast infection on the corner of my lips (one side) after looking at it for -1 second when I just asked for something other than Vaseline because it was just dry (I also told her I often get those dry cracks). She made me buy a product that made both corners of my lips inflamed, bloody and they would tear open when I would eat. She said it could take 1 month. I bear through the pain for 1 month, but it was just getting worse... so I put Vaseline on again instead. I'm almost all healed up now.I had to call my insurance 5 times because they either tried to prepare 50 times the dosage of medication I needed (3500$ insurance said um no and the old man didn't click he was preparing way too much). They faked a DIN number for the Depot Provera so they charged me for it. My insurance said it refused the claim because the DIN didn't exist. Even RAMQ covers Depot Provera. I made them call my insurance, my insurance gave them the proper DIN and I had to wait in pharmacy for one hour after they said I could just come by in the following days to get it reimbursed. They didn't put it in my file so they had to call the manager who wasn't even working to get her to give my money back since they passed it on my insurance after I paid for it because I needed it ASAP.WORSE PHARMACY EVER!!!!!

I’ve never seen a Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix with such empty shelves. I think this store must be closing its doors for good. No other explanation. Skip this store because you won’t find what you are looking for.

Got my covid 19 vax here and it looks like because I didn't have a Québec health card because Quebec is slow so now i have no proof of vaccination as they haven't entered anything into the system. It's only been since Aug 5 or so I've been trying to get my proof.

Unfortunately the pharmacy doesn’t seem to be well organized. We’ve encountered multiple issues when filling out prescriptions that we’ve had for years. We’ve lived in multiple provinces (including previously in Qc a few years ago in Mtl) and never had these problems.

Decent grocery selection, lots of snacks and convenient hours. Wish they had water enhancers like Mio.

Excellent service at the Beauty Boutique. Special mention goes to Karine who helped me find the best perfume for my wife and was respectful and courteous! Also, a plus that she is bilingual as my French was not the greatest. Would definitely shop here again!

Terrible customer service and prescription service. They are understaffed and people still working there have stopped caring a long time ago. Avoid at all cost.
