I’ve been going here for about two years and my nails are always perfect!

Wow! I am absolutely impressed with Thu here at Happy Nails! I saw her about 3 weeks ago and am about to call to set up another apt with her.When I walked in, my nails had taken a beating; first by chemo and then by another nail tech (somewhere else) who had filed my nails so thin, they hurt. There was about 4 weeks between the terrible acrylic full set manicure and this one. I had asked Thu not to scrape or peel off the acrylic because the nail beds hurt, and she had said absolutely not, they only file the acrylic down because it was the safest way to do it.Once she saw mine, she decided to leave them just a little thicker than normal (which I usually hate but with the pain was very welcomed) and she said each time would be a little better as they grow out, as I am not getting the full set anymore. She used biogel and spent the time to actually explain the difference to me. Which was so helpful, but honestly, even if she hadn't I could tell how great it was, my nails have never ever felt better when getting them done!Normally I don't get my eyebrows waxed at nail salons because I've had a few bad experiences; but after Thu had done my toes and nails with such care, and my eyebrows we gnarly, I asked her if she could do them, and she said of course! Let me tell you, 4 swipes and I was done, and they were perfect, I've never seen anyone do them so fast and so accurate before, it was so amazing, she was so amazing.Thank you Thu for giving me back a little piece of myself, helping me feel like I wasn't just another number, and putting so much effort into your clients. You are a truly wonderful human.

Amazing experience each visit. Love my nail tech (Nou). Everyone is very welcoming and nice, always wanting the best for their customers. They engage with you and do what you ask for. It’s very busy there and sometimes there is a wait but worth it. They do a full customer service of doing your nails properly with proper supplies and also do a full cuticle clean with a hand massage. I highly recommend this salon! Also recommend Nou and Tou as technicians to do a full set of gel nails.

I usually stay away from these fast and cheap nail salons, but I was in a pinch because my regular nail tech in Ancaster came down with covid and I am leaving for vacation in two days. This place seems to have a high rating but my experience was not even close to a 4.5/5 stars.Pros: I didn't have an appointment but I called earlier to get one and was told I wouldn't need one. When I arrived, it was quite busy but I got in fairly quick. Mani pedi with gel was just $75. Staff seemed nice enough.Cons: the disposal nail files she used had already been used before which kinda freaked me out. I also watched the techs share a Dremel tool that hadn't been cleaned after it was used on me on another customers toes. The tech talked me out of the colour I had first chosen (I think it was too transparent after the aggressive use of the Dremel tool to get my existing polish off and would show the damage on my nail) the second choice was nearly empty, so I picked another colour quickly and it was also very old and chunky and required three coats. At this point the tech seemed to be rushing quite a bit. She didn't soak my hands and give me a full Mani, just a polish change with a hand massage really. The shaping and lengths are not consistent. The results are pretty awful and I am currently debating going somewhere else to just have the polish removed until I can see my regular tech.You get what you pay for. I should have known better. If you are particular about your nails or used to high quality, this is not the place for you.

Does not honor appointments and is unapologetic & unempathetic when they're called out for it.My wife and I booked to have pedicures before vacation and we were explicit about having them done at the same time.When we arrived, they didn't check for our reservation nor ask for our name even though we started we had a reservation. After being made to wait 30 minutes, we were told it would be another 1h20m. Naturally, we had better things to do than sit around and wait.The only saving grace was that I was able to get a tasty slice of pizza next door while we waited.Will not return and will not recommend, even if they're inclusive.

I paid 70$ for these uneven nails and it took 2 hours ( for a FILL, not a new set) Not impressed and definitely not going back. The shape looked good when she asked if it looked OK then she kept trying to re shape them and turned out like this, uneven and square and I asked for ballerina shape. Horrible. Also got a pedicure and my toes are bleedingUPDATE: I went back to get my nails removed ( I fixed them with a nail file to give then shape and only went back because I was in area and needed them off) so when the lady took them off" two days later
