North Country Dojo

The instructor is amazing as well as the rest of the Dojo family. I love that the instruction is not just physically exhilarating but mentally motivating as well. My two children and I all attend and it has helped my family tremendously. My children have come out of their shells in more ways than one, they stay physically and mentally active, and their confidence and respect for themselves and others has improved significantly. Personally I had always wanted to learn the craft but was always too nervous. After the loss of a loved one and struggling with myself mentally and emotionally, I finally joined. The Norty Country Dojo family has helped me through a very difficult time in my life, whether they realize it or not, and I will be forever grateful. I stepped onto that mat and have never looked back. One of the best things I have ever done.

I've been attending this Dojo for the past 10 months. Our instructor is outstanding! I have taken martial arts before when I was younger and this brings back all the disciplines that my former art used to teach. The adult class is a superb workout for people looking to expand their knowledge in the craft or get their bodies in back in shape. However the youth's class is what piqued my attention to begin with. This has helped my step-son come out of his shell. He is a lot more confident and outgoing. This has helped him 10-fold and will continue going back day and day again. This is what our community up here needs!

I decided to join North Country Dojo after watching my 2 children for 2 months grow and learn from Sensei Johnson. I was beyond impressed with his style of teaching and how well he worked with both children and adults. My children have grown so much since they joined. I have watched their confidence rise, and each of them are proud of what they have accomplished and hold their heads higher than they used to.For me, this is a second family that I have been searching for since I left the Army. It has helped me in so many ways. I have lost weight, become more confident, have less stress, and learned so much in my 8 (soon to be 9) months of attending classes at North Country Dojo. I have also met some of the most AMAZING people here. Sensei and all students are beyond compare and all egos are left at the door. Try a class, you will not be disappointed.

An amazing place to train with a very competent Sensei. The dojo is very family friendly and features an incredible array of youth programs. Youth programs place huge focus on Anti-Bullying and conflictde-escalation and peace resolution. 10/10 would highly recommend. The Dojo is for all ages, from 5 to 85. There is something for everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/10 would recommend this Dojo. sensei Johnson is amazing. Everyone who goes is kind and caring to each other. Its like one big family. My 2 daughters and my son who was adopted and has Autism/adhd attend. Nobody there treats him any different. I just love how everyone treats everyone the same. it's a great Atmosphere and everyone wants everyone else to succeed.
