I was waiting in a line at the cash when there was an opening on the other side, I did not see it and continued waiting in the line. Instead of informing me, an EMPLOYEE jumped the line and took the spot, not to mention the insane prices and the long wait at the sandwich bar.

I understand that food prices are getting higher but stop taking the meat out and deceiving people. I'd rather have a well-rounded sandwich/wrap with a good amount of meat and pay a higher price for it then be DECEIVED into thinking I'm getting a well-rounded sandwich/wrap but only getting 5% meat

This place has gone downhill, used to be great for fresh veggies and meat, not so much now. Prices and quality are the worst in the area. Meat department is very limited. 2 stars for the sandwich bar.

Used to love going here for sandwiches but don't try to use them for placing a large order at all. Did an order of 9 sandwiches from their website and the vast majority of them had mistakes, were inedible, or both.

Very rude when we asked to use the bathroom “ go to the gas station “ the gas station sent us to red barn because theirs is out of service. Didn’t need attitude but got it anyways . Thanks to the deli!

Peter built my GF and I’s sandwich yesterday, the entire counter was full on online orders and he fit us in quickly! Did Peter ever know how to make a fire sandwich! The speed and precision was unremarkable, all while holding a conversation with me and a smile on his face! Within minutes he had both our sandwiches made and on the grill, timed the grill perfectly and when they were wrapped everything lined up so each glorious bite was a beautiful mixture of everything we ordered! If you’re at the Oak Bay RB ask for Peter!

Love the place! Its where I go for those special products hard to find at regular grocers. Many local farms are sourced and the veggies are bursting with full flavor. Even the imports are chosen for quality and the freshness of flavor. I don't mind the occasional bad apple

Great place to pick up food from. We love the fact that you can order sandwiches/wraps ahead of time on their App, however they do not always have all the available wraps etc (spinach to choose from).The order was made on time and very fresh. We found that they are not as full as they used to be and tend to have more of the leafy stuff (sprouts/lettuce) then the rest of the order.The staff are all super friendly and the store is always clean. Parking can be an issue but you just have to go a bit early especially during the lunch rush.
