Love the clothes excellent quality. Had to return a suit that just didn’t fit the way I wanted. Sam the manager was very accommodating , friendly and made it easy.

Very nice store. There is a lot of options.Currently they have Summer Sales.The ratio quality / price is pretty reasonable.The customer service can be ranked high. The sales persons are very polite and attentive.The clothing is quite fashionable.The store is located in London Derry Mall in the North side of Edmonton. I access it taking Anthony Henday and then South.

Great variety, styles. And Canadian! Love that they engage with Alberta artists, and the storebis decorated tastefully. Staff are helpful, well-trained. (Tall sizes would be a welcome addition).

Tee’s for $10 or a purse for $4,000 and everything in between. Mostly clothing and footwear with home accessories from kitchen to bathroom. There is a price point for everyone. The store is well lit and clean. It’s big but doesn’t seem so when walking around it. They have great selection and carry many name brands plus their own. The clothing is trendy if that’s what you want or conservative stuff too. I have been coming here since it opened and before when it opened in WEM. Love the ambiance and decor will come again.August 13, 2021 visiting once again. Enjoyed the experience. Contact with the staff was nice, she was friendly and helpful.

Rude customer service. Went in to pick up my order I made online. Gave them my name and customer service desk had a rude tone and said they didn’t have have order yet, but I received a confirmation email. Then I’m saying can you check again and said my name again. They she said you said your last name started with W not H… um what? Is she implying I’m giving my own last name wrong? No, it’s she’s heard it wrong and now she’s providing a rude tone. Someone needs to retrain this Customer Service lady a better attitude when talking to customers.

Have been to this location a few times since they opened but will not be coming back. Very rude workers no one has ever asked me if I needed any help and they just stare at you.

I love the layout of this location. Upstairs staff are very friendly and diligent. The women’s clothing area is very organized and says a good flow to it. Kind of hard to find change rooms as they appear to be back rooms but I must say the individual change rooms themselves are very nice with great lighting and mirrors that show good angles. Simons is one of my top favorite clothing and accessory stores, and I’m surprised there are two in Edmonton.

Extraordinary Canadian chain. Great fashion-forward clothing, cool household decor items. Sale prices are always great. Rewards program awesome. Excellent customer service both in-store and online.
