Never texts back. Doesn't answer phone calls. Not sure how you run a business not answering phone calls or even text messages. We'll be going somewhere else

We switched over from a septic system to a holding tank. We needservice about every 3-4 weeks. My texts have always been answered within 24 hours. A couple times we have had large groups coming when it needs to be emptied and service has been that day or early the next. Very happy with the service.

We have used them since we moved here 10 years ago. We've been trying to contact them for about a week via text and phrene but get no tsponse at all!This is the number I have been using and your voice-mail answers it but still no one calls me.....
