I send my tax info through e-mail and asked a few questions to Alain, got partial answers back. I showed up in person to try to finish this and he told me i was the most annoying client and to pay up now or go somewhere else. He was rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I love these guys! I have been here to have my taxes done since the late 90s and I have had nothing but great experiences ! I love the service here and they do cash back there if they have the money! Everything done all in one place. Thanks Dave and Alain for doing such a great job over the years ! See you soon.

i have been doing my taxes return with them for at least 10 years but 4 years ago i always said i will give them another chance but there is a change on how they do there work they rush the work do not listen to your worries and also i got email from revenu canada about errors on my taxes return the amount of money change , i won't recommend anymore it is sad but they change and very rude attitude.

Customer service is always excellent. I have been using T1 for 23 years. I have never had an issue with any tax return done here. The price is right. Can't beat it. Not to mention, quick turnaround on my return. As long as as their doors are open, I will always be a customer.

Strangest service ever encountered. Firstly, they do not return multiple phone calls and emails regarding the most elementary inquiries. In person, the tax preparer became verbally hostile when it was pointed out to him that he had just overlooked $10,000 and $11,500 in obvious tax credits (tax deducted at source) on 2020 and 2021 tax returns. He eventually acknowledged his mistake, and then threw his clients out of his office. Shabby, highly suspect, redneck service.

One of the rudest experience I had in my life. Guty didn't let me ask questions and was rude when I did and sent me away saying he didn't need this. His office is the left one, entering in the store.
