Wish you could give a zero when you really feel it's deserved.There is never a cashier, you HAVE TO USE self check out and you can't use cash.This pharmacy is extremely frustrating to get anything done correctly. Too many times you're told it's new staff.... It's always new staff!!!!!!!!I asked for my refills to all be filled and to contact my dr for more.. the usual, never a problem before.Today I did not get what I went in for even with giving them my package so no mistakes could be made. So now I get to go back again, and pay more money

I went to pick up some much needed medication and the girl at the pick up counter said that they were still waiting for my doctor to fax my prescription to them. When I last talked to my doctor she said that my medication should be available in about one hour. I asked the girl at the counter if the medication could be delivered when it was ready and she said yes. A couple hours later I called them on the phone and they said that my medication was ready. I reminded the girl I was speaking to on the phone that the previous girl that I was speaking to in person said that my medication would be delivered when it was ready.. Now this other girl is telling me that it can't be delivered because the deliveries have already gone out for the day. She also told me that it would not be able to be delivered the next day because there was no deliveries on Sunday. Get it together people..... I won't be back....!!! For anyone reading this review if you want real customer service at a real pharmacy go to the in Pond Mills besides M&M meats. It's a little smaller than shoppers but you get your prescriptions immediately without the BS run around.

Less isn't an option - pity.Why when my doctor changed my meds significantly on Monday. Why am I still waiting for those prescriptions to be filled?Secondly,How do you miss notification from my dctor to discontinue a blood pressure. But continue to fill it for me.

Staff of this shoppers is very careless, They told me to wait for medication for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes when i asked, they lost my prescription and medication was not ready. They told me to wait again for 25 minute.

Alright so yesterday afternoon I went in to grab some skin care stuff on my work break and I didn’t have much time. There was no one around the cosmetic area so I decided I’d check out at the front tills. There was one girl there (which was a miracle usually there is no one) so I put my stuff on the counter and she just looks at me with her arms crossed and was just like “uh you know you can check that out in cosmetics right?”And I was like would that be easier for you? And she was just like yes it would. Keep in mind there was LITTERALLY NOBODY ELSE around the store shoppers or staff other wise it’s not like she was busy. Anyway I ended up going to cosmetics and there was someone there now who was ringing through a whole thing of groceries which I thought was kind of odd anyway the moral of the story is the staff here are lazy and Need to be properly trained for customer service :)

The staffs are knowledgeable, helpful and nice. However, a little bit slow; it took 1.5 hr to prepare my prescription

Pharmacy is terrible. Second time in 2 months I have had issues with them. First time they didn't follow the doctor's instructions to cut the pills into the appropriate portions. This time my prescription wasn't ready and I was asked to wait a half an hour when the only person in the store, also my prescription was sent in by my doctor 10 hours before I arrived to pick it up.

I purchased Apple Air Pod Pros on Friday. They weren’t working properly out of the box. I returned to SDM and was told that I had to deal directly with Apple. After attending the Apple Genius Bar I learned that my Air Pods WERE FAKE. SDM told me to call the 1-800 # to rectify the problem. I returned to this SDM and had the young girl go thru their Air Pods. 1 came up with the same serial number as my fake Air Pods. I am waiting for a call back from the manager to see how they will deal with this problem. I will update this review once I have heard from the Manager with a resolution.

Favorite Shopper's in London. I had the most enjoyable time shopping at this store today, I know I can always find everything I need here. There are lots of new products to try and the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Morgan in Cosmetics you have definitely found your calling thank you so so much for all of your patience, advice and product suggestions.

Unfortunately I have dealt with this location as it's my closest location on a regular basis Nick is an awesome owner and stands by his company drew his fantastic within the pharmacy and gives great information but today I dealt with someone named somi Who spent more than 15 minutes being ignorant to me on the phone.
