I agree with other reviews, the food was pretty bland/ dry. I didn't have a problem with the flavour of the sauce, just that there should be more sauce in each bowl. There is a big base to toppings ratio that kinda feels like it's cheap filler, and it would be better disguised if there was more sauce to flavour it instead of just eating plain white rice or plane rice noodles. The flavour of the tofu was great though! I like the options of creating your own to make many different combinations and could see myself going back for different things if I knew the flavour would carry throughout the dish.

This is not pad thai at all. And the noodles were all tangled up 3 mins after I ordered. Noodles were so soft and soggy. Not enough sauce. Very disappointed. Will never order it again.

Ordered regular size portions of their Low Calorie and High Fibre signature boxes. The portion size was adequate! Our favourite item was probably the coconut curry tofu in their Low Cal box, but both had varied textures and flavors. Their Thai Iced Tea was refreshing and creamy, and not overly sweet. It is a bit pricier, but you're paying for the ingredients and they certainly pack a punch. For those dining in, they have individual and shared tables indoors and patio seating outside - perfect for the summer!

Delicious and flavourful bowls with unlimited toppings. 6 great sauces from sweet, tangy to medium and spicy to choose from! We LOVED the lemongrass chicken rice bowls, excellent value too. They even have daily specials Monday to Friday!

I wish I knew about this South East Asian fast food dig earlier, I would’ve been coming consistently 7 years ago for lunch. I tried the fiber box and it was delicious. I recommend getting half rice and half salad for the regular size though. It came with a lot of rice.

Good, fast thai fusion food. The menus are north americanized. I enjoy both authentic Thai as well as N. Americanized so it's all good!Medium spicy level could be too spicy for some. It was about the same level of spiciness as Korean instant ramen (shin ramen) Pad thai could have used bigger shrimp.

Really delicious and healthy options for a great price! I tried the signature high fibre dish (small portion) with edamame and lemme tell you, I'll be coming back. Fair warning though, for those that can't handle heat you should ask for no bird's eye chilis. I personally love the added heat, but just something to be aware of if you can't handle any spice. Perfect portion and the food was hot. Clean dining area as well so it's perfect if you're looking for a quick and healthy meal on the go!

I got the Chicken Pad Thai for a quick lunch and had no complaints. The dining area is really nice, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio. As a side note, I also appreciated the trash is sorted with clear notation on what items should go where. Overall, would recommend!
