From the moment I hired Stephens and Holman after I was t-boned in a collision, I knew I made the right choice. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner, explained the process, and helped me make an informed decision when I was ready to settle my claim. I received regular correspondence and updates, and they really listened to my needs, even footing the bill for expensive diagnostic testing so I wouldn't be financially inconvenienced. They always drove out to the Valley to meet with me so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to the office in Vancouver, which made it very convenient. I was happy with my settlement and thought it was fair. I recommend Stephens and Holman! Although I hope I never need to use their services in the future, I would call them again if I were ever involved in a collision. My recent experience with Stephens & Holman was absolutely superb. I was knocked down by a vehicle at a pedestrian crossing in Squamish, BC in December 2014. The driver went through a red light and I received injuries to my head, neck, face, wrist and leg. I spent time in hospital with my injuries and returned home thereafter where I have received ongoing medical treatment. I was visiting from Ireland and upon my return I contacted Stephens & Holman to pursue a settlement. Right from the outset everyone connected to this law firm was exceptionally professional and brilliant to deal with. They were all very clear and thorough throughout and achieved a wonderful result in the end. Years ago I had dealings with these guys, I was a pedestrian struck by a car in a cross walk, it took them years to settle and when they did settle for $5000 they refused to give me anything until I paid them 'disbursement fees', i was on income assistance at the time and couldn't pay them so they kept the settlement. CROOKED AF go to literally anyone else. Smaller firm can't get away with that type of thing.

They were great. Came to my house when I was injured for my initial consult. Kept me informed of the progress of my claim without overwhelming me with emails. I was very happy with my settlement and once again, they came to my house to hand deliver the cheque.

Thomas Braidwood was very difficult to deal with. Refused repeated requests for meetings, screamed at me on the phone. His assistant was the only reason I rated him 1 star. His assistant showed signs of professionalism and compassion. Bad experience otherwise. Will never recommend.
