I am a tourist from the interior. My daughter's mountain bike was damaged and they fit it in to fix a slightly tacoed tire within one day when they found out we were only around for 5 days so that she could still use it. They were so caring about the fact that the tire had pink rims and would not be easy to replace.Amazing locally owned shop with some of the best service and friendliest people I have ever seen!Price was great too!

This is a great bike shop. The staff treat you kindly and are very helpful, will even tell you when you don’t need to spend money. Excellent selection of gear and bikes for when you do. Just had a tune-up, bike is freshened up and running smoothly. Really conscientious mechanic. They sometimes have a friendly dog greeter too, better than therapy.

I was pinched for time, just about to leave town for work and one last box I needed to check was my wife’s birthday present! After Kebble’s team helped me pick the perfect bike, Kebble arranged to have it wrapped in a special birthday ribbon and delivered it right to her door! I was going to replace my bike so I kind of let it go to say the least but then I decided I wanted a back up for my new bike so repairs were in order.New cassette, crankset, chain, derailer and chain.It was a few bucks but it's better than it's been in years. Thanks people for your continued excellent service. I've never been disappointed and have been going there for years.My repaired bike is great now so the new one will have to wait a bit but when it happens I will be going to Arrowsmith Bikes in Parksville.

My girlfriend Lisa and I showed up at 4:30 pm. after looking at multiple shops in Nanaimo.We were greeted by sales person Chelsea, who was just awesome. This has to be one of the most inviting bike shops mid to South Island. My son and I take a trip in there every year when we come and ride hammer fest on our yearly boys only trip!!! and not once have I ever felt rushed or unwelcome in this store. Even though we’re not spending huge money, they have always hung out, shows us the gear and take care of us 100%. Wether we come in for chain lube, tubes or swag we love comin in and chatting with these guys! Even gave my little guy some sweet stickers! These guys are great. I’d highly recommend them! And recommend supporting this local shop! Just a good group of like minded cyclist! We’ll see your guys next year! Thanks!!

These guys are awesome! Thanks for the great service!I'm from out of town, came in with a shifting issue on my way to up island. They diagnosed the issue for me, and sourced me some options. Unfortunately I wasn't able to grab a new shifter from them, but they were still stoked to send me to some shops where I'm going. The guys even noticed I was missing a brake pad pin while my bike was on the stand, they just fixed it for me and sent me on my way.
