This is a very relaxed simple cafe. Only three tables to sit at. Anda walk up counter. No soda fountain, but cold bottled or canned drinks. Had a hamburger and fries (which comes with peas as well). My husband had the chicken fingers. The food was good, and well priced. I gave it four stars because I had to add table catsup to my burger because it tasted like it lacked condiments, and my husband felt there was more breading on his chicken than meat. And while there was ample room for more tables, they had limited seating.

BEST Chicken burger I have ever had on this island. Fries were cooked to perfection, it was an ACTUAL chicken breast, no processed meat. I can't wait to come back Up West" to eat here again!!!!!"

Went for lunch dinner and breakfast a few times well in Tignish for vacation hands down the best fries with the works on the Island love that they use flavour crisp fries please don’t ever change that can’t wait to come back next summer

Love this place, friendly staff, great food! Even during COVID, they took all the precautions, very clean. Worth the drive to Tignish!!

Fried, deep fried, but we were so hungry that we were thrilled to be there! I've never had fried scallops before. It was tasty and hit the spot - everyone was nice there, too. We probably won't get back that way, so I'll wish you all the best of luck!

Wow! Excellent food and atmosphere. Great prices too. Had lunch and looking forward to going back for breakfast some time. We were able to sit outside at the picnic table with our dogs which was an extra bonus!

Apparently the best ice cream in Tignish. It's weak as the locals say. Anyway, good size portions, for a few dollars. Shirley's also does a wide range of take-out food but we did not try it.

Fantastic place for a take out. I loved the scalop burger. The fries are fresh and delicious.The coffee wasn't great though.
