First time in their new building and I have to say it's stunning!Everything was clean and organized, and their sales team was fantastic in answering all my questions and pleasant to speak with.It's a must-see, even if you don't plan on going home with anything!10/10 for WPM!

I have bought multiple units from WPM, from a Defender to a Cub Cadet Zero Turn. Service is always professional. Worth the drive, even if you dont live right in Westlock. And there new building is a must see.

WPM is run by a bunch of frauds. The employee turn over is insane. One day your dealing with one person and the next you get someone new and don’t get the deals or respect the previous person gave. They over charge for service and the pricing on accessories and clothing is way to high. Nice building just too bad the owners and management haven’t figured out that they have gotten rid of some very knowledgeable people that cared about their customers and the experience. Don’t recommend getting a unit from them or getting service done there. BRP should be ashamed to have them as a dealer.

Misleading online advertising for can-am UTV products. I was searching the WPM website 2 days ago for their new inventory of Defender XT models of UTV’s. There were 99 “Defender” models illustrated on their website, including 2021, 2022 and 2023 models.I selected no less than 10 models from their inventory offering, and hit the corresponding tab to request “E-price”. In order to access this information, I had to provide my contact information, including email address. Once I hit the “Get E-Price” tab and submitted my contact information, I immediately received a confirmation message which stated: “THANK-YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST. OUR BEST PRICE HAS BEEN EMAILED TO YOU.”That never happened. Instead I received 10 email messages thanking me for my interest in their products, with no reference to specific models or pricing. In other words, Westlock Powersports & Marine used this deceptive strategy to access my contact information to build web leads. When I called WP&M the following day to inquire, one of their sales representatives confirmed that they did not have any Defender UTV models in inventory at all, including 2023 and 2021.Be careful about sharing your personal contact information with WP&M under the expectation that they will fulfill their online commitment to you

Huge showroom with lots of product and stock! The staff is very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Quaint coffee lounge with lots of beverages to choose from! Great place to stop by and checkout.

Came in looking for winter gear and these guys had everything I could possibly need! The girls in parts really know their stuff and they were great to deal with too, will definitely be returning soon.
