The lady who took my blood today was very calm and kind and friendly. My wait time was very short and the process was smooth and easy. Booking an appointment is also very easy.I know it can vary here depending on how busy it is and who you interact with.But for the most part I've had good experiences here. And hopefully it stays that way. :)

I have mixed feelings about this place. Some of the staff are super nice and others can be straight up rude. My encounter was with an older West Indian lady. When she finished taking my blood I had asked if I needed to leave a urine sample as I recalled my midwife stating a urinalysis would be done too. She quickly said no. I politely asked if she was sure. Instead of checking the requisition, she immediately replies, “Don't tell me how to do my job!” I was in shock at such blatantly rude behaviour. As a healthcare professional myself, I would never treat a client in such regard. I kept insisting that I was 100% sure I needed to leave a sample and advocated for myself. She finally checked and sure enough it was written on the requisition. She hastily apologized. But at that point the experience left such a sour taste in my mouth. I imagine she has probably treated others like this. My hope is management recognizes this and does something about training particular staff on how to properly engage with clients.

I started to call them at 8am and continued to call until6pm and no one answered the phone. Before the call is transferred you are stuck hearing their way recording about wearing a mask that lasts 4 minutes and that is played twice. After waiting all this time the call is dropped. No customer service at all!

Had my bloodwork done today by Sade. She was so friendly and quick. Very busy lab but the staff were so efficient and moved the line thru very quickly.

I checked in on line, which made a big difference in wait time. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get to the office. There were no signs outside the building except for the one that faces the street and you can’t get in that way. Also I tried calling a bunch of times and no one picked up. I finally found the entrance and I will post the photo. One inside the staff were good, it was well organized.

I'm so annoyed at this place right now. I asked them to do my standing order (every two weeks, the req is on file) along with my other blood work last week. They said sure. They did not. Now I'm a week behind schedule on my standing order. I get it tested every two weeks I can't afford to be a week behind because someone forgot." This is people's health you're dealing with. When I told them they didn't seem to care. Plus she hurt me with the needle today. It doesn't usually hurt

Seeing several negative reviews on google, I was hesitant to go here. But this is the closest clinic so I went, and glad I did. Personally, I had a good experience here. Minus one star because nobody picks up phone. The clinic was BUSY but the time from registration to completion takes about 10 mins for most people. Otherwise, the clinic is clean, organized, friendly and efficient staff, and the tech Naureen I had was awesome!

Made the mistake of going in here for my tests. Services were not exceptional.Looks like they force you to pay for membership just so you can access your own test results. Why would I not go to another lab where you can get your results for free?

Made an appointment online and was in and out of the clinic within 10min. Thank you Naaz for being fast, kind, gentle, and making me feel comfortable.
