In 2022 I moved from another clinic to this one. They requested and got all my dental records from my previous clinic. They convinced me there were no issues with my teeth (while the other one had told me I was having several cavities to look out for). So I used their service for 1.5 years (with 4 month interval visits). Before I knew it, the fees went up from $200 per visit (regular cleaning) to $300. In my last service, I asked them if the services were different they said same services, just different prices. Strange. I felt like a falling into a trap. Also, my one hour visit was cut short to less than 50 minutes so the dentist could rush to serve another patient (even though I was on time for my appointment). I quit this clinic. My next clinic told me what the first one had told me. My cavities had developed.So, three issues:1. They failed to alert me of my dental issues (unless they were not competent enough to identify the cavities)2. They offered a low price to start with, but then quietly jacked it up3. They stole treatment time (and still charged fully for it)Hope you'll have better luck with them.
