Great experience at amerikal auto. Amer and his team have always been very helpful with any of my automotive needs.They did an amazing job on fully detailing an 05 Xtrail for us. The car had been sitting for a very long time, so it needed a major clean up. It has never had a professional details since purchase either. After a long, disappointing search Amer and his team of professionals have restored our faith that honest used car dealerships do exist ! Up to this point with buying a vehicle at a dealership I’ve had all kinds of problems with sales people who promised stuff and do not deliver vehicles that are over priced and have mechanical issues after I’ve taken possession. But dealing with Amerikal Sales has been an absolutely refreshing experience good value for the dollar they deliver what was promised. Mechanically very sound vehicles and for a slight fee you can get a one year warranty on power train. There ethics was never in question at any time which in this day and age is rare indeed.

Amer was helpful and punctual when I was in need of roadside assistance. Excellent customer service and I appreciate that my car troubles were dealt with in a timely matter.Strongly recommend his company! Went to Amerikal Auto to buy my last truck. The dealership is very clean and Amer, Walid and the rest of the crew were very friendly and polite. I had booked my appointment as requested and when I got there found the truck detailed, warm and ready for my inspection.. (very nice on a cold winter day!). I loved it and the price was great.There were a few small issues that showed up in the first few days... They took care of them and my concerns completely.Would I buy another vehicle from Amerikal? .... absolutely!!Do I recommend them?
