I've been seeing Dr. Hsu for about a year now and I can confidently say that he's one of the best doctors I've ever had. I had been struggling with a stomach problem for over 5 years and he was able to identify and fix the issue within couple visits. What impressed me the most about Dr. Hsu is his willingness to answer all my questions and concerns. He explains things in a way that's easy to understand and never makes me feel rushed. He takes a genuine interest in his patients' well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure they receive the best care possible.Cindy, the receptionist, is also a pleasure to deal with. She's friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with any administrative issues.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Hsu and his team to anyone looking for a great family doctor.

Ash medical Centre was recommended to us by health care connect. My first experience I was left in the waiting area for an hour before being seen, then hooked me up to the blood pressure machine the receptionist left me in the room to deal with a contractor to install new electronic doors. When I did finally get to see the doctor who was over an hour and a half late no apologies no nothing. My whole family went to this clinic and my whole family will be transferring to an alternative doctors practice. When being referred to other clinics its a massive money making scheme. Get referred for a skin tag to be removed its a private clinic $200 to remove when a $20 solution from a pharmacy does the trick. Always being threatened with having driving licence being suspended due to mild sleep apnea how can you diagnose a condition when the reports are incomplete! Doctors are not able to open a perception drug bottle. One receptionist saying one thing and the other part time receptionist doing another! No continuity at all. All the information given is contradictory. Then when you want to complain to a manager you are told they have other priorities what a joke so a patient with medical needs is not a priority you kidding me! No wonder they are looking for new patients as they can not keep the ones they have and only working part time does not do anything for patient confidence! If your desperate then go here as a last resort but otherwise for safe care look else where and get on other GPS waiting lists.

The clinic itself is nice but one of their female doctor needs to learn people skills and sensitivity. She is immature and rushes you and doesn't want to listen. I had the misfortune of dealing with her but it wasn't until she dealt with my teenage daughter on the phone appointment that I decided to switch to another physician for now. This Female Dr tolbmy daughter to grow up and make your own doctor appointments and would not prescribe her asthma medication to her because this was going to be a"meet and greet" appointment. She told her to go to a walk in clinic! So unprofessional. I have dealt with Dr. She and Lam and they are wonderful. Please re-train this incompetent doctor!"

Having Dr. Easwaran as my family doctor has been one of the best things to happen to me health-wise. She has made me feel seen and understood, gone above and beyond anything a doctor has for me before, and it's because of her taking me seriously when telling her about symptoms I have, that had been either ignored or misdiagnosed by previous doctors refusing to look further, that I was found to have a rare condition causing many of these issues. If it weren't for her listening and taking immediate actions within my first visit, I would likely have caused myself more permanent damage overall.

Do not waste your time going to this medical clinic. Dr.Easwaran is the most incompetent family doctor possible. She’s completely unaware of what’s going on. Doesn’t pass on information, doesn’t clarify anything with patients. Doesn’t follow up correctly. Just keeps pushing you to refer to specialists but doesn’t indicate why. When you asks questions whether on the phone or in person she doesn’t answer correctly, or lacks the information to do so. The most unprofessional “medical doctor” I have ever experienced. I highly suggest looking else where if you’re in need of a family doctor. Dr.Easwaran is not qualified in any sense to be where she is.

Had Easwaran as a family doctor for nearly a year. I felt hopeless to find another doctor due to the long waiting period with Health Care Connect and such. She kept dismissing all of my suffering and concerns as just anxiety. Admittedly yes I do have anxiety, but there were actual physical symptoms ongoing for too long. I do not recommend this clinic if the other doctors are as incompetent or unwilling to look further into things.

I wanted to share my horrendous experience. The only positive thing and the star is for the receptionist who is a good, warm, 'empathetic' and hard working person. I and my whole family was referred by Health Care Connect to my first family doctor : Vanathy Easwaran. I just do not want anyone to go through the mental trauma that I faced as I did not have the experience to compare my family doctor to other family doctor. Her behavior is absolutely horrendous and she needs training in empathy. She does not know how to talk to a patient. In any phone appointment, whenever we try to talk to her, her first question is are you sure you are facing this problem (its like grilling you like a police), then go to the hospital. My daughter has been sick for quite sometime (chronic coughing for past 6 months) and we wanted a requisition form or advice on what to do. All we got is referral to go to hospital. The last time I talked to her I was at the hospital in front of the doctor of Micheal Garron hospital who inquired if I informed the family doctor about her condition. She started telling me why you took appointment instead of asking how my daughter is doing. She was more concerned about appointment than to know her status. The doctor overhearing the whole conversation informed me this is unacceptable behaviour. What a joke for family doctor! That same weekend I went to another doctor and my daughter was administered asthmatic medications which he informed is covered by OHIP here (information that I never knew) and this doctor never told us to go back to hospital. Her condition has improved astonishingly well. I am stunned that for 6 months my daughter was suffering so much and with medications that's covered by OHIP prescribed by the new doctor in first visit , her condition has improved. She is a complete sham to what is called a doctor in a country that is known for their wonderful behaviour and empathy, this kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable!

ZERO RATING for this clinic. Doctors here aren’t responsible of patients health. The receptionist who picks up the call doesn’t even want to talk on phone nor hear the urgency. Not professional at all.

Warning Warning Warning!Stay far away from this doctors office.I was referred to this doctor because my doctor passed away. After having 3 prescription for over 10 years this doctor would not prescrib or refill my prescription.He kept say’n “im here to help!” But didnt help me at all!It would be better if you find another doctor, because this one just waste your time.1 After going to the doctors!2 Then the pharmacy to get my history!3 Making an appiontment!4 And bringing in my bottles in!Doctor Robert Lam,Would not refill my prescription,and it was all spelled out in black and white for him.So sad that they will watse peoples time, as if our time is nothing, and i had a 4pm appiontment, but didnt see him until almost 5pm.
