Monika is one of the best RMT's I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot! Not only is she a perfectionist and very talented, she is also humble, interesting to talk to, and she has a squeaky clean room to work in. She helped me so much with chronic neck and shoulder pain due to computer use, I walk out of her place feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

I must say, the wording of no pain no gain is something that Monika trives on. Deep tissue massage is what's needed to get you back on track and she does it with determination. She finds the knots and is persistant at getting them all. Love her sense of charm. Highly recommend her.

Monika is an AMAZING massage therapist. She always starts each session with asking about any symptoms/issues and addresses them as well as offering suggestions, ie) stretching techniques to help in between massages. I have excruciating shoulder pain which she relieves from cupping as well as massage. Her magical hands and techniques always relieve the tension and pain. Definitely highly recommend!!!
