After Five - The Outlet Store

The staff at After Five have been incredible with helping me find a mother of the groom dress. Shauna in particular has gone above and beyond with her great advice and always welcoming every time I went into the store.

My mum and me went into this store for the first time as we were walking by today (around 4:05 pm). There was a white male employee in a black shirt with short brown hair around 5'5 . He kept giving us the side eye and he was following me and my mum around the store as if he thought we were going to steal something. He did not greet us

Had a wonderful experience recently grad dress shopping. Very helpful and so accomodating to us as we were from out of province. Would definitely recommend this store

When I walked in with my sister, we were looking for a prom dress because I was graduating this year. My older sister found me some beautiful dresses. The workers were so nice and friendly. I found a dress that I loved and felt like I was in a fairytale.

An overall excellent shopping experience. Staff went above and beyond to assist with grad dress shopping, and Shauna especially had the patience of a saint. This is oftentimes the most expensive and exciting purchase for many teenagers, and it felt good to be supported so skillfully - from choosing and narrowing down initial design choices, determining colours of the same dresses, to fully explaining the shipping times, creative alterations options and exchange policies. I like that staff had opinions, and also knew how to manage the sometimes competing viewpoints of both parents and teens in a positive way. We never felt rushed or pressured. Tip - Book a fitting appointment ahead of time as it gets closer to grad.

As a person who HATES shopping, Shauna at After Five made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Beautiful selection of dresses/wedding dresses. Shauna listens to her clients, and with in half an hour found the perfect dress for my wedding, upon picking up my dress my soon to be mother in law was able to find what she needed, perfect color match, and I was able to get a purse there. Thank you Shauna you are the best!

I cannot recommend this store enough. So many dresses to choose from, and some great deals to be had too. There was a massive selection. Shauna was amazing. She listened to what we wanted, and kept pulling out different dresses for my daughter to try, with endless patience. We could not be happier with the dress she ended up with. Shauna was so kind and helpful. I would strongly recommend working with her to find your perfect dress.

I went to the store to find a dress for me but the manager was too rude and have lot of attitude. My experience was so bad it ruined my day and my excitement for dress. I won’t like to go to this store ever and never and won’t suggest this store to anyone. When I complained the manager she said good night and shut the store. Hope you should take an action regarding this. Thank you.

My experience at the After Five Tsawwassen Mills location was a dream ! The whole team there is so helpful and kind. Shauna is incredible and made finding the perfect wedding dress not only super comfortable but fun too! She really went above and beyond to make me feel special. (Which is not common enough in retail these days). I had previously been to lots of other stores looking for a wedding dress and no one else’s customers service even came close in comparison. I highly recommend this store !
