No rooms available so we stayed elsewhere but Went for a meal before heading home. Staff was great. Food not so much. Won't have again

Hotel and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. The food was what you would expect if you see the menu. No problems. Had a great time.

Stayed at this hotel on the off-season and had an excellent experience. Considering that this hotel is located in a small town, it has the same quality and comfort as one in a larger centre. It was exceptional. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and modern. The service at the restaurant was amazing, and you can't leave hungry. Be aware that the portion sizes are hefty and be prepared for leftovers (or bring a friend). You can't ask for better staff!

We were very surprised ! New, clean and large room. There's a restaurant with basic food for supper. Breakfast was great.

The only hotel in town but so well equipped! Looks like built not long ago. Large rooms, digital climate control, free breakfast. And last but not least shelter from black flies! Located 15 minutes away from picturesque waterfall and Churchill river canyon!

Restaurant getting paid to feed camp workers during COVID. The food being served to us is on the verge of being inhumane. Serving size is terrible, food is hardly cooked. Been here for 3 weeks and had maybe 3 meals that weren’t all deep fry. Left over breakfast hash browns thrown in with fries for lunch. Grown men left starving at the end of a 12 hour shift

Nice option if you end up over Churchill Falls. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Food was OK, service was excellent. The building where the hotel is has Hotel, restaurant, bar, grocery store, public library, school, gym and post office

Overnighted in the parking lot with our trailer. Place to plug-in. We went for Dinner and the Food was Great service was also Great.. Note this was a couple of years ago.. Just remembered it when checking out some pictures..

Height of Land Hotel
I was very suprised to see that Height of the Land only had 3.something stars. We had a fantastic two night stay there. The rooms were clean, the beds were supr comfortable, and all the staff were polite and treated us well. The owner is super knowledgeable about the the area and Labrador as a whole. The food at the resturant was great, and the servings were large. Can't ask for much more than that!
