They seem to be pretty straightforward, I had a few calls from them, which is a few more than I got from the original shipper. At 1 point I was talking to someone in accounts payable, who was still willing to help.

I stopped shipping with them at my buisness due to them dumping packages at the back door in the snow/rain and driving off. I recently made a large purchase and had the freight shipped from Vancouver. It sat in GP for 10 days without a call to me, despite having my name and number attached to all shipping documents with instructions to contact. Customer service nor the depot employee could care less, and just blamed each other. Unreliable.

I Booked off to make sure that somebody will be home during the delivery, I waited and call them just to get informed that they can’t do delivery on that day. I understand that delayed could happened sometimes but they should have informed the customer earlier.

I'm currently having a bit of difficulty with Manatoulin; I received a shipment that weighed 70lbs (which is documented by the shipper) and I was charged for a 2000lb shipment ($600.00). I called their support line and was told in a rather unpleasant tone that unless I supply Manatoulin with spec sheets for the product that was shipped to me I'm stuck paying a $600.00 invoice. Not even sure what to say other than I'm extremely disappointed and will be cancelling my account there if things don't shape up lickity-split!!

I've used Manitoulin for all of my shipments for our aluminum slip tanks, the rates are surprisingly cheap and I have had no issues with any of our products reaching customers. The online quoting system is very handy as well since i can quote a customer quickly and give them an accurate price. Dropping another shipment off this morning actually!

worst service ever. I run a liquor store as manager. their delivery most of time come around 5 pm. whenever I called them for inquiry about delivery they don't give information. Some drivers are rude. I will not recommend to anyone to take their services at all.

Driver just about ran us off the road (t-boned) between Stettler Alberta heading to Lacombe Alberta. Maybe you need to teach these drivers what yield and stop sings mean 7:30 am July 1 2021
