I genuinely hate buying fragrance here. They won’t leave you alone and just stand behind you while you shop. So irritating. I purposely will buy somewhere else when they do this. It’s happened on multiple occasions.

Not a very good experience. I had almost the entire store staff approach me and try to hustle us for a sale. Are they on commission? Not sure, but extremely pushy and off-putting. Will be avoiding Shoppers

They carry Dior, Chanel, and Nars here, the latter being the hardest to find outside of Sephora and The Bay. Really enjoyed my experience here with the Dior representative. Would recommend the boutique a visit, especially given its location near Hamilton versus the Toronto area for these brands.Really loved the Dior lady but found the Chanel expert to be quite odd. Randomly would laugh to herself and walk around the area on her own. Was not at all helpful either. Found her quite rude as well.

Staff at this beauty boutique location is very rude and harsh. I prefer going to Appleby location in Burlington where staff is very nice and welcoming.
