Escalated to subway head office and had ZERO accountability or remedies offered. We will boycotting subway. Terrible quality food. Disgusting. Literally 5 of the meatballs were ROCK HARD. it hurt my tooth to bite into.. they were all garbage. WTH are you serving people? Petrified meatballs? It’s not like one side of it was over cooked, the entire thing was like a golf ball. I will never return here. Ladies at the counter were giggling when I ordered and I honestly think they knew… food inspector needs to make a visit. this location and the one on Fischer hallman are on my never again list as the guy is extremely stingy there, and apparently you’ll end up with a broken tooth and food poisoning at this one. . If you’re going to own a franchise, live up to the expectations people have from years of experience with a trusted restaurant. We are sick of subways. Firehouse subs, jersey mikes, Mr. Sub. To name a few are all 100% better options

STAY AWAY from this place. It is '0' Star Rating.Served rock hard and gone bad meatballs and staff were giggling when confronted with the problem. Already reported to Waterloo region Food Inspection department and Subway itself. Worst Ever Experience. So sad to see the Subway's franchise quality control is going down the sprial.

One of the best locations I’ve been to within the area. Always generous with the toppings and the subs are actually built with care. They also have rotisserie style chicken alongside the usual chicken which is delicious. Will be back :)

Went in and ordered food for me and my children. Over $20 purchase. I asked if I could buy a cup to have some ice water. The man serving was extremely rude and told me they dont serve beggars and to buy a bottle of water. Disgusting behaviour. Will never go back!

The owner don’t cooperate with customer.I ask him to grill the sub after all things in it he says i won’t grill because our machine gets dirty that’s why i will not do it.Every other subway grill there sub if the customer says to do so.

Dhyan is completely incompetent. He puts the bread on an iPad then tells me it didn't touch the iPad and acts like he doesn't understand.Terrible service!

My two girls and I went in for lunch. The woman itemized everything we purchased. We got a bag of chips each, a drink each, a child's sub, and a footlong veggie to split. The total was $27! After I paid she told me they do not have toys for the kids meal and that it would have been cheaper for me to get a 6 inch combo. I responded with, let's do that, I will pay for the 6 inch combo instead. She told me it was too late. Rude and poor customer service. We will not be returning.
