Location, Location, Location!! I stayed at the 15 Menizes Rd location and couldn't have been happier. Having never been to Victoria before I definitely lucked out with this unit. It is literally steps to Dallas Rd where I enjoyed morning and evening walks along the waterfront. The unit is also a couple blocks from all of the other James Bay amenities and a short walk to the museum, Parliament building, wharf etc. The unit was exactly as shown and exceptionally clean and well appointed. Tara was quick to answer all of my questions prior to me booking this unit and was readily available during my stay regarding my other inquires. I would definitely recommend this unit/company to a friend and look forward to staying there again!

I stayed at 3-1479 Fort for 6 months after moving to Victoria, and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the place. The space was well organized and furnished, and perfectly cozy and comfortable for me and my dog during our long stay! You can't beat the location either.The property manager, Tara, is truly fantastic as well. She is always prompt with responses, is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made everything incredibly easy for me before and during my stay, and I couldn't be more grateful.I highly recommend Victoria Stays for both short and long term rentals!!

We stayed at the Menzies Street location for over a month, from mid December 2022 to mid January 2023. I must say that Tara is everything a property manager should be. She is smart, proactive, resourceful, and quick to respond to issues. She went over and above the call of duty to assist us and make our stay better. Thanks, Tara!

Great experience at Victoria Stays. The construction of our house was delayed and the entire family had to find a place to stay for several months. We found something on Fort Street. We had a very friendly and professional contact with Tara and she really made the difference. Always there for you, very dedicated and a great human being on top of that.

My family and I recently visited Victoria and decided to give Victoria stays a try and, I'm so glad we did. The suite was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The property manager, Tara, was so nice and was quick to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed at 2 different properties through Victoria Stays for the last couple of months. A lovely studio at 1479 on Fort Street and a very trendy, historical industrial flat at 610 Johnston Street. The suits are unique, well situated, well appointed and fully equipped.I have to say that one of best parts of Victoria Stays is the property manager, Tara. Tara made sure everything was looked after. She was amazing! Always friendly and professional and available to help out. I had actually planned on checking into a rental with a different company for one of the months, however it did not work out due to pests in the unit. I called Tara in a panic on a Saturday night and she not only picked up the phone, she said she would have something for me by Monday morning by 9:00, so that I could set up to work from home. Nothing was too inconvenient for Tara. I highly recommend Victoria Stays.

We have spent a portion of winter in Victoria five times and always with Victoria Stays. The one bedroom apartments have truly been a home away from home. Great location, clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you need including a very reliable internet connection and tv service. The property manager, Tara, is the best. She responds very quickly to queries, is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We can hardly wait to return next year.

Tara was amazing, she was so helpful and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the location as well. I rented two placed for the summer and both were fabulous.

We love spending time at Victoria Stays in James Bay. We keep coming back! The condo/apartment is compact but has everything we need. Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet building & the location is the best. Our property manager, Tara, has been great - always available & helpful.
