I was thoroughly pleased with my experience here. I rented a U-Haul from this location and everything was so quick and easy! Very professional and wonderful staff. Definitely beats going to a large U-haul location and having to wait for quite some time. I will be back when I require moving supplies and a Uhaul

So glad we went with Burnaby self-storage! It was further out than we initially wanted to travel, but the staff more than made up for the distance. Eric, David & Ricardo have been so, so, so great to deal with! This team helped us navigate a very slow and difficult move, with a last minute change of storage when I had underestimated the amount of goods we had. The security and facility has also been top notch. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Hello. I want to express my gratitude to Valentina, an employee of this branch. I told her about all the nuances of the lease, everything was processed promptly and our move was successful. We couldn't give the car back before closing, Valentina informed us how to do it and it helped us a lot. There is only a small but. The fleet is small, so if you need a car, and not boxes, cattle, and so on, it's better to call, find out the availability and screen. The only negative. Thanks

The gentleman working was so helpful. I just came to get boxes. He had great suggestions. Once I bought my boxes he even insisted on walking my stuff out to my car for me. Talk about service. This is a great spot.
