Bill, Jennifer, Courtney and team at Rosseau have been great. Purchased a 1999 skidoo as a first sled from a fellow in Barrie. Sadly, it needed lots of work. Bill and team responded promptly and got me up and running with some creative repairs. Bill's support and consultation was invaluable. So I've been asked to leave a comment, yes, ex-employee, I quit 2.5 days in with respect for the owners even after working in filth (store, bathroom and lunch room) was not okay with me, being given a huge list of things to organize while taking care of the store, answer the phone and be expected to finish this stuff no one has done in years. While also BABYSITTING their youngest while the mother sat upstairs and being asked to teach the child how to type on the computer while doing these other things. Having the owner tell me my boyfriend is an idiot" who THEY wanted to work in the shop even knowing boats we're his specialty not ATVs and the owner ordering the wrong plow that was never actually going to fit. Neither of us could communicate with him as he just sat on his phone all day talking. Its very funny to see that I couldn't provide "basic" skills when I was told I wasn't allowed to quit

I bought a 2022 ATV CF Moto 800 from Bill. Would not Buy anything else from Bill. Did not have a good experience. I had a call in for him to call me back but never returned my call. I ended up calling back a few times and got him. He had plenty excuses after weeks of no call. In the end I hung up the phone on him because he was Swearing at me.not much of a customer service

Don't take your dog in. Bill is not a fan of them.I guess 8$ for a Grease nipple is standard...seemed like a lot, for something so small...
