Stay away from this company. Nothing but air leaks and terrible tin work. I’m still mad at my self for allowing them into my house. Garbage work.

I purchased a furnace about 7 years ago and the heat exchanger went on it. I thought I was going to have to pay for another one because the manufacturer did not have the warranty on hand . Not only did Glen-air take care of my problem but they came with a new furnace the very next day. I was very impressed and would recommend them again

This is an old incident, but sounds like things haven't changed much. Yrs ago we had an oil furnace replaced with a natural gas by this company. They drained only half the oil tank before removing it from the basement. They spilt oil on the carpet in the laundry room and stairs and dug into our newly painted drywall fumbling with a half full oil tank. Our house smelt like diesel and we were left fixing everything. I've warned ppl away from this company ever since. Never thought about doing a review until reading others. Avoid.

I would also rate ZERO! I had another company look at my furance and tell me what was wrong with it and that is buddy Glen would be able to fix it and insisted we call glanaire. Over the phone we told him what his buddy said was broken and he said he'd come over. Never talked about pricing. He comes over tells us the EXACT same thing we just told him over the phone (I thought he was coming to fix). In mid conversation he says this is $150 by the way and says he wouldn't even try to get the part that we need to buy a new furance and starts giving us prices. We reluctantly give him our credit card info for I guess a service fee. I called Reliance they came that day I got a new furance from reliance and was much cheaper. 2 weeks go by and Glen air shows up at my house because they wrote the card info down wrong. I am more than angry! Not professional at all!

Installed a new propane furnace for us, great price. Very accessible, answers the phone himself and is quick to respond to questions or concerns.
