Do not rely on their delivery service. It's about a 50/50 chance whether they'll actually deliver. They won't refill prescriptions even one day early either so basically it's a coin flip whether you'll actually have your meds.In person, the service is great, but delivery may as well not exist.

This is not my regular pharmacy. Just chose it because its close to work so I could stop in on my lunch. I went to pick up my dog’s prescription, and the pharmacist Bob was incredible. Gave me some good advice about pet prescriptions and made me feel cared for. Thank you for making my visit very pleasant!

I can't say enough about all the staff and how helpful they have been and continue to be to my family. The Pharmacist himself delivered medication one night himself to ensure we had what we needed. I strongly recommend them.

Bob is the best pharmacist out there! I honestly trust him with all my pharmaceuticals needs. He is extremely honest & so very kind. His staff are so polite & knowledgeable. There service is quick & thorough. I recommend this pharmacy to any & all friends/family when looking to get prescriptions filled. This place is amazing, always up to the challenge with any questions & educational inquiries. Honest people, honest products, honest establishment. Terrible customer service when my girlfriend went to pick up her prescription , Marina had a terrible attitude, as well as the old lady that handles the paperwork for the prescription. Unacceptable behaviour for customers who have had a hard drs appointment. Will not be returning and am very disappointed. PERIOD.

If I could give this no stars I would. This pharmacy has the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Each person you talk to has a different answer. They do not know how to properly fill prescriptions. They do not follow doctors orders, they make up there own rules. They tell you your prescription is ready and sent out for delivery, allowing you to wait for it all evening just for it to not come out. When you call and question it someone else tells you it's not actually ready . Not a single staff member knows what they are doing. They completely ignore what your saying and just say ya ya itll be out tonight" when in reality they have not done anything you have asked . I have never experienced such a ridiculous business that has cause so much stress in my life. IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS BUSINESS I URGE YOU TO RECONSIDER AND FIND A BETTER PHARMACY!"

Amazing pharmacy and staff. Bob is truly the best pharmacist I’ve ever had, he goes above and beyond to help his customers and the community. If you need a pharmacy you can trust, is extremely careful, and provides you consultations and never rushes you - this is the pharmacy to go to.

I took a Flu shot appointment for my daughter for today at 9:45 am for which we had received an email about a week ago. Today when she reached there the pharmacist told her that they don't have an intimation about the appointment neither they have vaccine in stock nor they are aware when it will arrive. Serious waste of time and effort and pathetic customer service!

Marina the customer service representatives behaviour is disgusting and unprofessional. Rolling eyes at clients, using unkind words… She should not be in the customer service field!!Manager Bob & Pharmacists & Rep Lisa are wonderful on the other hand. This visit left a foul taste in my mouth… Disappointing from this pharmacy.

I am with Rexall for awhile now. And I am more then pleased. The people, The Pharmacy and staff are very friendly And really work to please the customer. Love going there and there help.
