LouAda Granite

Today was a really good day thanks to the wonderful guys from LouAda Granite! We didn’t have a big counter job, but it was certainly a crucial one for us. We had such trouble finding someone to help. However, we totally lucked out with the guys at LouAda! Thank you so much.R Johnson

My first impression was that the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Each subsequent contact was also positive. The facility is well stocked and neat, with a wide and wonderful selection of products. Examples of above and beyond helpfulness included being contacted with a heads-up about the cost of the faucet I initially chose, and being provided with supplier options, and being provided with a cardboard template of the curved countertop edge so I can make a matching curve on the shelf I am making to go above it. The installation team was awesome. Rather than taking the easier way out of cutting the one-piece countertop into two pieces, they worked together to overcome a very challenging access – up a flight of stairs with two landings, a smaller than usual outside door, and somewhat small inside spaces. Their craftsmanship is excellent.

From start to finish, working with the crew at LouAda Granite has been great. We could not be more pleased with our kitchen countertops. From design to installation was four weeks. We were able to see how our counters would be manufactured. During the process, communication was open. We received awesome customer service. When I shop for a bigger purchase for my home it can take me quite a while to decided. I have been looking at counter tops at the national supply chains and outlets. Yearly visit the Home Improvement events in Duluth. I talk to salespeople and ask a few questions and move on, sometimes taken a business card sometimes not. I narrowed down my choice with two different businesses. The winning, LouAda Granite. They are a local company, a family run owned and operated. They have different qualities in countertop offers. The measurement crew was professional and worked with our schedule 3. Our quartz countertops were delivered when they said they would be. 4. The installation team worked late to insure a one day install. 5. The fit and finish were first rate! 6. LouAda customer service reached out to me two weeks later to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any questions! 7. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely!!

What a wonderful ending to the nightmare of having a kitchen pipe burst requiring new cabinets and counter top. Call LouAda granite if you want quality product and exceptional service. They actually listen to what you want and keep you involved in providing the perfect look. We would unconditionally recommend these people because they were quick, careful of our new floor and were even able to give us the look we wanted despite a cabinet glitch. It looks fantastic!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new granite countertops from Lou Ada Granite. They are the icing on the “cake” of our remodeled kitchen. They were so easy to work with in designing the countertops and had a wonderful selection of granite slabs to choose from. Pricing and project completion times were really good.
