I always have great experiences at this store. Tom and Jason are awesome ppl and have helped our company a lot as we migrate into painting. I honestly travel quite a distance to gather material specifically from this store because of the ppl we deal with the most. Thanks guys

Staff were not helpful. Very rude and condescending. I went in to get 3 gallons of paint that were on sale but they charged full price. I didn't notice until I got home and started painting the walls.

Tyler McNeil the branch manager saved the day! He color matched my waterborne lacquer sample board to perfection unlike the company I normally deal with. I was on a tight deadline of 2 days to delivery of a finished product and he took me in last minute and mixed me up a color match of the Chem Aqua to help me when all other options were unavailable to me. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone.! Thank you Tyler

First experience with Sherwin-Williams and certainly will be last at this location. The associate was hurry us to get a color ( it was almost closing time) and we spent 800 on the paint. The colour ended up completely off, we went back to the store and spoke to Shayla - the branch manager, she agreed for store credit and exchange. Two months later, she said her offer has expired as this is the new year". I told her I have never heard store credit "expired" then she changed the story and said that she informed us the offer only "lasted" 30 days. I replied back " do you think I would come back after 30 days had you told us that fact?". Shayla

just horrible the lady manager she doesn't care about the custom, just the money . l requested for some paint before moving one hour from Cambridge. when l arrived my request wasn't available as promess...and she tread me with a lot of arrogance .

I like the place, very good choice oh, but they do create a check if you set up the account with them.So, the credit check decreased my credit score. That's why it's only three stars.So, if you care about your credit score, try to avoid to open account with them.Good store for the business.This company provides the good choice of paint any kind.

Not a bad place lots of selection. I went to get some paint for my bathroom. I had a few questions and the rep I was talking to just kept telling me the 2 colors that were in. I received little help on the colors I wanted to use so I left. I went to Benjamin Moore and immediately the clerk moved me to a design consultant to help me with my colors.
