Yvonne came to my home on very short notice and within an hour, I had 3 pages of notes of what I needed to get done to sell my home.She is extremely thorough and notices little items that need attention. At first I was a little daunted by the job ahead of me but I found that everything she recommended made so much sense.Yvonne followed up the next day with a detailed email of what needed to be done, broken down to exterior presentation, overall interior presentation and a breakdown of each room. We were going to renovate the whole home, and needed a palette for our finished product.We met while in the demo stages, and strategized on how to best present this home to a new family. Yvonne helped us find colours that would maximize the appeal of our space, taking into account the natural lighting we had access to, and the layout of the home. Yvonne is a gentle soul with lightning quick reflexes on how your home should be staged for sale. Whatever you think is beautiful and is a feature in your personal space, likely won't translate to photos and videos, the most integral tool for selling your home. I suggest booking her a few weeks ahead of your sale date. It'll give you more time to make critical changes that are hugely appealing to a buyer. Can't recommend Yvonne more highly!
