Overpriced!Bought 2 small tubes of PL premium for the price I would pay for 3 of them at home depot.Will definitely buy my supplies somewhere else in future!

Great selection of live edge pieces, though expensive. Definitely price shop as our custom made live edge dining table would've cost 3 times as much if we got the product here. They carry a decent selection of things that you can't find at other home building stores. I rated 3 stars, as for some reason, I expected more and the 1st employee we talked to didn't really seem very kind. Maybe bad day or just a grumpy person..

Always a good place to go 4 plywood, shelving, and other Home Improvement product. I bought and got them to cut melamine shelving that was thinner then I intended; it was my own fault. They allowed me to return some of it even after it had been cut. Great customer service!

Poor quality hardwoods. For months I have been waiting for better quality Walnut and the lifts of shorts they keep getting in are terrible. Almost $16 a board foot for stained, cracked, warped, discolored, knot filled lumber. I will need to order from back east online I guess. Too bad because I want to support a local store.

I have been purchasing products from Windsor Plywood for over 10 years and have always been impressed with the level of service and quality of their products. I recently had an issue with some flooring I had purchased and the level of customer service provided by Rocky the Manager exceeded my expectations. Had the most amazing customer service today at Windsor Plywood! Rocky helped me replace some interior doors, hinges and handles and his level of knowledge and the way I was treated was unbelievable. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Thank you for some of the best customer service I have ever received, I'll definitely be back.
